Do you at least joke with her while you're in the store if you do joke with her often then I would say go ahead with the flowers
Now on the other hand if you don't talk to her much or very little. Then approach her in person, because if your send flowers just out of the blue a woman will not know what to think of you and you could be preceived as a stalker type JMO either way good luck man

i suggest just going in and giving her one flower- a rose if you like, but anything- don't say anything too much.( or maybe- this is for you, you brighten up my day)...just walk away..then on the next visit,get chatting- ask her if she liked the flower, and based on her answer, take it from there- gives her a chance to think about it..
we don't like getting put on the spot- will probably give a 'no' answer, rather than risk looking foolish. Good luck
