Nah, none of the above, just you, and your preferences. I've always been attracted to women of all shapes and sizes, personality is key...to me anyway. There are other things that factor in long before physical appearance becomes an issue. Just me, although nice eyes are a definate must.

Yes, and while I know that this is true (physical attraction comes first), paint, shirts, cars, and eye-glasses are inanimate objects without intelligence, personality, or character.
I think what I'm trying to resolve within my own self is finding a happy medium. I know I need an attraction, but I wonder sometimes if I'm setting my standards too high (the whole package thing). I won't compromise on character and compatible levels of intelligence and wit, for example, but I'm thinking I should compromise a bit more on the physical aspects of attraction.
Ahhhhhh, who am I kidding? I want it ALL, damn it!!!

I can speak from experience, my ex., was beautiful in body and mind. Within a 20 year marriage, we may have had 4 fights. I believed that it was the perfect union. But then life happens.

Above average and unique in the looks department is what usually gravitates my desire towards another. However, when in it for the long haul looks are never enough to substantiate a relationship for any duration of time. There has to be a much deeper connection, such as that existing upon the mutual appreciation of respect, intelligence, personality, humor, shared experience and toleration.

None of the above.Whose to say what is normal as far as being attracted to someone.To each thier own.Personally as I have said on here before,the outer shell(physical looks) are not a priority to me.I am attracted to good humor,real smile,compassion for others,courteous and more.Like Indy said,as you get to knowsomones good side,it makes them physically attractive whether others agree or not.
