I like muscles on a guy....but I also don't want him to be arrogant about them either...like a "where else are you going to get this" attitude. Came close to meeting up with a guy who was a personal trainer, but the more I talked to him on the phone & heard about him, him, him...and he's so hot....I decided not to meet him.

When I was younger and an international athlete, I would have dated those who were of similiar pyschique as myself, the over done muscle men didnt appeal.
No, as I grow older, I do prefer a man to be more natural shape/form, who uses his brain

Being a fitness trainer myself, yes I do like a well built man.
That can vary from lean and fit to bodybuilder. I've dated all the variations, even chubby guys.
I know who works for me by how well they keep up or surpass me.
I find a fit man is mid range muscular, not to slender & able to run at least 5 miles.
Now if he can cut as long as I can... game on.
