About this poem:

...more like a song - just popped into my head, so wrote it down. Not being a poet or musician, I've never had that happen before...

Just thinking of going to visit someone, then having to leave...

(Sure hoping it's not someone else's words. I googled it... doesn't appear I got it from anyone-lol-be sure & write me, though, if it seems familiar)

It's true I'm invisible a lot, tho I was recently out-of-town. As to where I am now... well, I'm here
But guess I should leave something of me here more often so I won't be too hard to remember-lol

Hmm.. I'm thinking about that WOOW(I noticed the word "woo" is in there too )...and I might get back to you on a question or two or three...

However, the melody that keeps playing in my head seems so familiar

I'll just say the poets here are far better at reading between lines than I had expected...

Wow, kickit... if I had known you were here, I'd have tried to meet you! Yes, my dad told me how well the "Thunder" were doing while I was visiting in TX(they've steadily improved)... and how his Spurs were losing to the Grizzlies-lol. I just noticed last night it's now OKC & Memphis(tho didn't note the score). But don't think you'll get them back

Wow, rolled your truck. Glad you survived-I see a lot of trucks when I drive I-35 to TX(oh, & while I don't care to knock the state, I'm not a big fan of OK myself-lol, though I do know some great people here) Great psa in your recent poem, btw. If you ever get the chance, let me know ahead of time when you're passing through(on I-35) - I know you don't have much spare time, but maybe you could use a coffee break?lol Anyway, I'm only 5 mins. from I-35.

Hey Mike! Aww, yes, Precious Little Angel - as you see, I went back & read it. You're right, tassels! (and even though it's pretty much the same as ribbons, I like tassels even better- I'm surprised I forgot it was tassels

) Also, noticed that particular poem started with a line & melody, too
