No Blackness

As i stare up in wonder
At the brilliance of the night
The moon almost full
Is an awesome sight

The stillness in the air
Helps compliment the view
The trillion stars out
Sparkle like diamonds new

A night for walking
Maybe hand in hand
A night for talking
Where the essence does command

The temper in the air
Will leave you overwhelmed
The winter's night moon
The captain at the helm

Steering its way
Across the dark blue
For their is no blackness
Only the moons reflective hue

Hi, Nuwahri61,
The winter's night moon... There is nothing quite like the moon to warm a winter's night and the poet's heart, moving his pen. Lovely.

Made me want to go out and look at the moon and the stars. Now I see them in a different way. There is no blackness with such a sensitive soul as yours. Thanks for sharing.
