There existed nothing and nothingness existed Except He who was without beginning and end He created the heavens and the earth And He spoke the light into existence Once spoken there was day and night Waters above the earth and on the earth Receding waters leaving land showing Spoken were the words to bring forth plants Plants in such amazing abundance Flying, crawling, running, swimming beasts All were by Him spoken into being Only left was man to create, in His image Into a garden in Eden he was placed Created was woman, for them to be one All this world to us was given Given unto us, for us to care for it
