Twas in the spring that I met her
With thoughts of love forever
All summer long the passion rose
We'd spend nights sweet slumber embraced
When autumn came, the cooler months
Less time we would spend together
Now is the time, winter has arrived
You've gone, I'm left cold and lonely
Seems to me you weren't for me
Not a girl for all seasons
