Trinkets of time Capsules for healing These memories mine Greedily concealing Timeless images That are mine alone Through the ages Carved to the bone Secured by my insecurity I'll take them to the grave Prescious framed clarity Veiled moments to save

About this poem:
Some memories are so personal and prescious we hold them close within.
Good poetry. Shortness of words, Meaningful metaphors, Small pearl of your thoughts.

Hi Boys
This so much reminds me of a song from the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical "Cats" - Memory. As a by-the-by, the title of that song is frequently mis-quoted as "Memories."
I think that this little trinket is one of your best works.. such great descriptive phrases you have here. and precious framed clarity, my favourite... Simply Precious,Boys!
I really enjoyed this one and yes the phrase "Secured by my insecurity" is one that I think is something I had never thought about it. But now since I see you have brought it up. Yes I believe you have something there
Thanks PN1. When I first wrote "secured by my insecurity" it seemed contradictive but really we do conceal and protect things because we are all somewhat insecure. Who'd a thunk? TY
