~A whisper of your breath~

Is really all I need
not to create me
simply to satisfy my plea.

In standing I'm guilty
of love that's been found
my heart is in shadow
your whisper has no sound.

As a thought of you, comes by through the day
sand just won't fall, till that thought go's away
it arrives without you, where ever you are
adrift in my mind, a shining bright star.

Seems like "love that's been found," you can't possibly be guilty of love, wherever you go there is that "shining bright star" showing the way, so let your heart no longer dwell in shadows. Love is really what we all need:

"Lover whispers to my ear,
Better to be a prey than a hunter.
Make yourself My fool.
Stop trying to be the sun and become a speck!
Dwell at My door and be homeless.
Don't pretend to be a candle, be a moth,
so you may taste the savor of Life
and know the power hidden in serving.
("Whispers of Love" by Jalal ad-Din Rumi)

Loved your poem, expressing much in few sweet words so close to heart. Wish you luck!hug bouquet

ty Marikia......my portrayal here is about how so many of us search for love to bring into our lives, this is all the thought that we process about how it could be if it was ever to be found to bring into our life. ty for commenting and sharing your thoughts. wine hug
