remember when we all could see? when it was all visible? the recipes, the jokes, the blog the atrocity, the jewel, the weather the hate was palpable, and love too
those were the wild west days when anyone could say anything and still be heard loud and clear or still a small voice had a place in Babylon
then we saw what we have to fear, fear itself closing and startled lips quiet and watched only, waiting as knowing disbelief settled
lines drawn, in the sandy rock politically aligned side to side we set taking steps and withdrawn telling, what you know
to recognize you as another, is difference virus like? appendages feel and recoil why and why not...clone me you are human aren't you?
can symbioses occur anymore? do you have a gene for me? border to border, see wide eyed minds flesh out and fall mute can we allow latitude of ignorance?
interesting poem goodguy, I'm not sure what I think, think I'll wait see what others have to say,,,,think I like it though.

Ay Goodguy; One day a write such as this one will collect the accolates that presently seem to roll like marbles on a 100-year old floor. I say this gets 5 stars.
Hi, agoodguy2have, WOW! Although I think humanity has made progress in some areas, with every line a portent, I am blow away by the power of your poem! Your reference to Babylon brought thoughts to Revelation. May we continue to look wide-eyed and find our voice! Thank you for sharing.
