Gypsy - An Elegy

Gypsy was washed down in a canal. I adopted her. I only had her for a few days. I left her in the care of a neighbour for a weekend. When I returned, I was told that she was pushed off the steps by the neighbour's larger dogs and she fell and died. They said they disposed of her body so I never saw her again.

Never Ask Your Mom

Never Ask Your Mom

What should you do on a snowy day? Don't ask your mom, is the first thing I will say. It all happened on the 13th of December. A very cold day, I'll always remember. You see the snow was coming down fast. I thought to myself - How long will t

Something has taken you so far from me

"Something has taken you so far from me"

Perhaps i am understanding my failures in matter of love relationships; by other hand i recognize my personal worth and my meritorious deeds even if am still hopeless and despised by others...

Etymology

Etymology

A quanrdary; where does it come from. A word came to me in writing and I was pondering its source. I needed to look it up to make sure it fit. Where had I ever heard this word? Especially considering the fact that it did fit perfectly in context. Hence the inspiration. I like the double meaning of before especially.
