Did You Ever Exist?

Sound of mirror breaking shatters the silence
Shards fly through the air reflecting light
A crazy kaleidoscope of colours on the walls
Within micro seconds, though feels like hours
They settle on the floor, their passing only a memory

Where have you gone? Your light that was bright
Casting warmth into all dark corners
Now only a memory, a forgotten promise
Rain washes all away, ushers in a new day
Silence there is, stillness under the cold light of the sun

Joy full Drowning......

Its water around
Tried catching a glimpse of
that eternal land of gods......
and that envied canopy of natures love
but its water around, with endless boundaries....

Dipped deep, to see her ethereal beings
mesmerized by her creative brilliance
she kept me aloof in her depth
Oh!! Can't hold this tightening breath....
Pushed back to get that smelly air....

No sign of that land....that divine land...
Maa...the soul cried with daunting thoughts
With no other go, swimming further
Maa...Oh divine.. this voyage never ends....
Spirit, endless spirit pushed further....

Actionable body has shrugged
A non energetic divine wisdom
occuppies the restless space.
Further travel seems hopeless,
let it drown with hopes of hopeless....
Oh!! Ethereal beings enjoy this dinner
Under that endless sky
with smiling stars and curious moon......
Oh!! Ethereal Beings enjoy this dinner.....

The Day Mary Died

Today is the day that I will die
This the cards have told me
No matter how I shuffled and dealt
The outcome never altered

How I will die I do not know
The cards have not foretold me
Just each card next to the other lays
Spelling doom, gloom and disaster

How to escape this planned fate
No ideas to me were forthcoming
Should I go out, meet fate head on.
Or stay home, under my bed be hiding

This way and that my mind did sway
And ended up going round in circles
The cards are right, they’re never wrong
I was assured by the fortuneteller.

An evil smile played across her face
As she lifted and aimed a Colt revolver
Across the table a picture she slid
Once seen, all my question were answered

The photo was of her wedding day
Her husband, this man was my secret lover
As the bullet tore through, snuffed my life
I prayed to God for forgiveness

choice

What will they say
What will they say on judgement day
What will they say with tear filled eyes and handfuls of clay

What will they say
What will they think
What will they do as they walk away

What will they say as you hear the tapping of clay
Clay tapping on the wood as you lay inside and start to decay

The last good bye to which you can’t reply
Who will it be that lays a rose or will they be too embarrassed to stand out from the rows
Or will they be alone to just to make sure they lay the final stone

What will they say
What will they think
What will they do as they walk away

So as you lay there on this final day
Your final representation is freshly turned clay
Will it be a field of regret or will they say you did your best
Will a single figure stand for you
To say good bye and whisper I loved you

What will they say
What will they think
What will they do as they walk away

So now as the party starts
Will they tell stories and laugh
Or will it be one person just raising a glass
As you fade away into the past

What will they say
What will they think
What will they do as they walk away

Only you can tell
Only you can write
Only you can try to do what is right

Fuel what they say fuel what they write and hopefully your memory will shine bright on judgement day

Eternal Darkness....

A tempest of misery...
I know so well.
That frozen forest...
It's been my hell.
The veil is thin...
The ghosts await.
I can't resist...
This awful fate....

Broken glass,
The blood runs fast,
My God what have I done?
The pain won't end,
There is no sleep,
My hell has just begun....

The Widows Touch

Charms and talismans adorn your dress,
I stare at the candles and pass thru the mirror,
at your behest.

Peacocks and hen on the porch and yard abound...
Picking, chanting and sometimes dancing,
their chatter, movements mundane,
and yet so inherently profound.

To whom do I declare myself?
A huntress? A maiden, too close to the sea?
...is it my right to decline?
Me thinks, "Perhaps another widow, deceptive and beautiful,
striking her webs design."

Your name suits you Roma,
my soul and countenance despite,
to my heart you sprang and tarried...
Memories now shadows of the darkest night.

Half closed...clearly torn...
the gate shudders in the wafting breeze,
warm but shattered...too cold to touch,
I ponder my fate born of patent design,
and scarred by folly and eventual disease.

Malady

Its being lonely that hurts the most
The emptiness and loss of hope
Its sad this place I've come to dwell
I understand that I'm in hell
The bitterness envelops me
This tale of woe a tragedy
Lost amid the symphony
The darkest notes of melody
In the depths of my depravity
Afflicted with this... Malady

deaths comes within

Death came within a dream. A charcoal dark cloud of mist, hovering over the dew infested grass. As it passes through a field to the back of the house, the once lush green grass now turning to a sick brown muck. "One in the same, one shall you become," it chanted. Tried to flee but the door seemed jammed, so turning to face the mist, it seemed to chuckle. "you can not run from what is bound to happen, and soon you shall become one," it echoed inside my head before the rising sun cleared the dream within.

Synergy

Death is like a dream
I watch it stalk the others
it follows them like a hunter on my team
it makes me believe I can fly
life is more than your dream
life is mine

Saturation

Images reflected in pools of poison mercury,
Saturation complete...
Disintegration of a time long lost,
Contrite repeat.....

Impulsive emotion unspeakable cost.....
Regretful repetition,
Thorough response,
Total absorption,
Imperforate saturation....
Once cleansed,
Forever bathe......
