My perfect Kiss.

He walked slowly up to her, his eyes never leaving her lips,
They were the colour of a ripe peach, slightly parted and the lower lip was full and pouted softly.

He lifted his eyes to hers and her feelings were playing in her eyes like a movie, he saw the excitement and the slight fear, the sensual rush she felt.

His left hand lifted and glided under her thick hair, closing over the back of her neck, holding her secure, his eyes never leaving hers, his right thumb rubbed softly over her lips, her eye lids grew heavy and the lashes looked long and dark against the soft skin of her cheeks.

He lowered his mouth and slowly licked her lips, she tasted of sweet wine, the rush of her breath teasing him as her eyes flew open, he stared deep into her as he captured her lower lip between his teeth and nibbled gently, she moaned into his mouth.

He crushed her lips bruising them with his, she felt the fire from her bruised lips spread down over her body and she never wanted him to stop, she felt herself shiver and melt like soft butter, his hand the only thing keeping her from sinking into a puddle at his feet.

A flower/woman

Embedded image from another site

A flower has a special beauty each one unique,
A flower has delicate petals that appear soft and fragile,
A flower is made to withstand strong winds and rain, and to bend with the elements of nature, made to go with the flow and not to break unless cut or ripped out.

A flower lives to give beauty, pleasure and add a gentleness,
A flower lives to give nature a way to grow and flourish, it makes the world a sweeter place.

And when she dies, a flower is replaced with another she helped make with the seeds she held, and so she lives on.

About this poem:
was just thinking how alike we are to a flower, but only in some ways:-)

Holds Michaels hand and watches the wind blow the petals over the field,
rests on his shoulder and feels safe.

The Swan, a love story

The swan glided through the water, she watched the Man walk on the side of the river, he was with a group of people who saw her, they shouted and laughed trying to frighten her, she ignored them her eyes gazed only on the Man who quietly stopped, bent down and held out his hand.

She slowly swam up to him and looked into his eyes, she saw the Man he was inside his eyes, she saw his soul, inside this man was what she was looking for, what she was out here for, she nuzzled his hand with her beak and felt him stroke her head softly.

All else faded and the swan spread her beautiful wings, she seemed to the man who sat captivated by her, to grow before his eyes and he saw the glimpse of a woman, a shadow of a lady in the eyes of the swan, he slowly stood and for some strange reason stepped onto her wing and climbed onto her back.

She lifted up into the air as he held onto her regal neck, his spirit soared as she floated through the air with him.

Suddenly she seemed to glide though a thick fog his heart fluttered and seemed to stop, as if she felt him, she turned her head and her eyes seemed to smile right into his soul , he looked up as the fog cleared and there on the land was a woman, she sat waiting, her head bowed and her hair falling over her face, graceful and peaceful, and he knew without thinking she was his woman, the one he had loved in every life he had every lived.

The swan glided softly down and he gently climbed off her back, he walked slowly up to the woman and kneeling down he gently lifted her chin with his hand, her skin was soft and silky, she slowly opened her eyes and smiled into his, his heart contracted and he turned his head slowly to the swan who now lay dead on the beach, the woman lifted a hand and placed it over his, he turned back and again looked into the eyes of the swan, now his lady, his woman.

Dream Catcher

Dream Catcher blowing gently above
Weave me a Dream of my true love
Passing through your delicate web
Nothing but good dreams doth reach my bed

Dreaming a beautiful dream in my mind
Caught in a different world and time
A dream of gentle ocean breezes
Sounds and smells to my mind pleases

Sounds of water from a mountain stream flowing
Speeding along to the ocean a going
Soothing my spirit like a smooth stone
Meandering and always forever on the roam

The sound of a wolf howling on the wind
Touching my soul as though we are kin
A full moon and bright stars shining at night
Like hung candles flickering their lights

Let me dream of my true love tonight
Let me see them in the moonlight
And I pray when light doth come at daybreak
They will still be there when I awake

Twisted Nursery Rhymes

Mary had a lamb one day
It was young, plump and juicy
Quick as a wink in the oven it went
And was roasted to perfection

Mary went to school one day
The lamb not there to save her
Fell over, broke her leg
And ended up in traction

In the corner little Jack Horner
A boy so strange and weird
Plays with his bum, sticks in his thumb
Yells out, ‘Eureka! I’m in.’

Then there was Miss Muffet
Who espied him from her tuffet
Decided he’s kinky, said quick as a winky
‘Let’s run off and live in sin.’

There was Mary, who was quite contrary
In her garden she was hiding
There were swingers and winners
And nude lesbians all around

Jack was nimble and he was quick
But he got hit with a dirty big stick
He was where he should not be
Hiding in the bushes he was found

While up the hill Jack did trot
And the damn Jill ran right after
Tripped him up when he reached the top
Then burst out in laughter

Down he tumbled over and over
Until he hit a mighty oak tree
Hobbled home, jumped into bed
And stayed home thereafter

Shadrach Hah.

And In the night I saw two burning eyes descend,
My Life, shall It now come to an end.

A Lord of Dark, he has come to me,
His darkened glory I plainly see.

Come my Lord, clear Into my sight,
Within the nights dimmest light.

Words are spoken his Love dives In,
Let such a night of Love begin.

Oh Shadrach Hah you are Veronique's dream,
Go join her In Love's own sweet scene.

Love 'im to pieces

no my for Pollen the Sip, All pout this, an you said so what We
gave of the flower and said it was ours. And then the little man
boink Broke into a million bits Still, at the toes of the blue, came
the bare bevels like a Rubix Cube about to be twisted for the first
time And yet, when all the present has been folded back into lonely Love 'im to pieces, feed 'im in a high-chair

Ship in a Bottle, (request from John)

Small planks of wood, small squares of cloth, a few
paints and a glass bottle, all opened with excitement from the box taken down from the attic.

The young man had been cleaning his grandfathers house
for him and discovered the box, his grandfather has just smiled a strange smile when he asked to have it, the look in the older mans eyes worried the young man a bit but he decided it was nothing.

All placed on the table and waited for the morning to begin,
and as the young man switched off the light and headed for bed a strange light slowly glowed from the bottle, the strips of wood seemed to shiver in excitement.

As the morning sun came out from behind the sea the man walked into the room rubbing still sleepy eyes, a soft noise made him turn to the table in time to see the beautiful ship made up perfectly inside the bottle and as if by magic the sails lifted gently into place pulled by an invisible cord.

The man stood mouth open and wide eyes glued on the bottle that his grandfather knew from before held a magic that would take him to many places he was yet to discover.

WINTER FLURRY

Winter Flurry’s turrets stood tall and proud
An illusion in the misty clouds
Princess Kelly knew that was not so
As she looked at it in the blowing snow

Her white dress swirled all around
As the wind blew making a lonely eerie sound
Sadness permeated her soul
As she realized she was all alone

The only royal left to carry on
As she looked over her Kingdom
Her family taken from her in one fell swoop
Caused by an evil greedy Duke

He came from a distance land
Attacking and killing everyone in his path
She escaped and hid in the woods
With a knight wearing a metal hood

They managed to avoid the evil Duke’s army
Until they finished pillaging causing carnage
They took and took until nothing was left
Then marched on leaving the kingdom bereft

Princess Kelly knew she was now in charge
With one lone Knight for a guard
She knew she needed to carry on for those left
That all needed to help pick up the mess

With no time to mourn her great loss
She prayed to God to help her pick up this cross
Thus with the Knight’s faithful help
They rebuilt the Kingdom to great wealth

She became Queen and he King
Across the land wedding bells began to ring
They had children and she had a family again
She and her husband had a long and happy reign

They rebuilt the castle and army stronger
So no attacking forces could plunder
They gave thanks to God every day
For all the blessings that came their way

About this poem:
A Facebook friend of mine wanted me to write a poem using her name as a princess or her little cousin's - I used her name as the princess and her little cousin as Winter Flurry for the Kingdom. Her name is Winter. It's a silly little poem to honor 2 people and their names.
