Mary K. Latourneau

1. Mary K. Latourneau
Television calls it a scandal.
In my book there was no scandal!
She committed no crime!

Yes I'm aware there was what the USA
government had called a scandal.
I've refused to jump on the Secular Band Wagon
to Condemn the only precious thing
that God had given to a woman,
to give and to receive LOVE.

I'm not with Ebenezer Scrooge
when it comes to this issue on LOVE.

2. The United States System is committing crime
right now as I speak!
Shame on you United States Government!
You Target Mary K. Latourneau
because the minor she was with had brown skin,
but you refuse to target your own people
when I find on different Television Channels:
"16 and Pregnant!"

3. It's ok if it's one of our own
but the child had brown skin
all of a sudden it's a crime.

4. The next time a student falls for a teacher,
first gets the parents approval,
get court papers signed.
People that are truly in love with each,
fear doesn't run away from true love.

5. Now I'm going to give all you parents
a very strict warning all u police officers
that have families!
Here's what these kids are doing now:

6. Those two male and female that really love each other
I don't care if it's a minor and a grown-up!
If that minor won't let go of you splitting them apart,
when that minor reaches 18-years old.
If some very rare cases before re-uniting
with what they call "their true love,"
that 18-year old child will come back
and sue the hell out their parents
and everyone else involved!"

7. The most scariest thing about
some of these minors?
After growing up A number of them will retain a
photographic past memory.

8. I remember a movie that was made
concerning the love and the devotion of a woman
to her husband.
She was stolen away from her foreign Government
and she ended up in another foreign Government,
she was with a younger man.
Well, as too many times and chances had expired
and she had refused to return back to her husband.
This had caused an awful war over the two foreign governments
just over the demand to return his wife.

Troy

9. This Holy Bible was only written
pertaining to only this earth.
Ecclesiastes 1:9 says that history
will repeat itself.

10. If the heart of a high office political woman
from a foreign government
gets stolen away by a younger man
in the United States.
Lets say her husband will go to war
just to get her back.
Well United States you will be forced
to deal with this,
because huge missiles carry
a lot of fatal destruction that comes with them
once they hit.
Lets just hope and pray
United States Military that
you're able to destroy that missile
before it reaches the United States.

11. One more warning to the United States.
We have a lot of foreigners now
that have American Citizenship.
Please be careful what relationship
you tear-up next,
there is a number of foreign children that still have,
whether u want to realize it or not,
they still a lot of political pull from their foreign governments.

12. The Lion had a gap in his Lion Teeth
that's how the enemy army was able to sneak in
that Trojan Horse,
in the movie troy.

Ghost of Brotherhood

This moshpit of memories, it gnaws at the soul,
the acid tears pour, again hurt by the cold.
Powerless to silence your memory that I now endure,
to forsake this ghost of brotherhood, to suffer nevermore.

This ghoulish prison, a prison of the mind,
it leaves me wanting, begging to know why.
Why show me no mercy? Why'd you choose to die?
Why haunt me with memories without a goodbye?

Why?

About this poem:
A glimpse into the psychological torment people endure for years after a loved one commits suicide. The pain it causes (for me at least) can be best described as haunting.

I'm Lonely Today

I'm lonely today
And I'm thinking to my self
Cause I have to
Cause there's no one to talk to

And I could almost cry
How the years have gone by
I guess I'm in a bad way
I'm lonely today

The fog has rolled in thick and so early
And the morning looks as lonesome as me
I wish the sun would come out and break it up
I would relax a little and sit down this cold coffee cup

This is what happens when thinking to myself
But you see I have to
And the only thing I have to say
Is that I'm lonely today

PEACE AND LOVE TO ALL

Lightning, thunder and dark storms
Crown this God forsaken land
Just as the meadows
Once a landscape of blooms
Of butterflies and dandelions
Became a haven of the doomed

We walk, caped with fear
Worn from the deepest of our souls
Ill fated on the very day of our birth
We live to die, every second
For hatred and ingratitude
We are eternally consumed

But there is a way
Turn around and change
Hardened hearts be softened
Replace insults and arrogance
Into humility and repentance
I know we can, we truly can.

Let go our human frailty
Let us thrive and aspire humility
Inspire and raise our hands
Let us all join our brother's hand
Peace and love, joy and compassion
A beautiful life to be reckoned.

For each and all, we're brothers and sisters
With love and unity, forever, we should be
And this doomed and God forsaken land
Will once again, be our refuge and heaven.
Can we all join each other then
So peace, love, happiness is ours again....

Shall we?

Crucify me do

I have done my share of falling down
I have battled through the rough,
found the strength within
through belief in the path I took.

I have felt the kiss of betrayal
I have turned the other cheek,
only to have the other side kissed
with lies and deceit.

I have laid bare and naked
garments removed against will,
but still I stood with head held up
I have no shame in mans sin.

I have worn the crown of mockery
being whipped by some for who I am,
watched whilst others defied me
oh the shame of cowardly man.

As I sit here upon my mountain
do to me now your very worst,
and forgive for i do know what I do
when I lift my eyes and you I curse.

Still, I lay myself in your mercy,
with outstretched arms as if but instead I cry,
be it as angel or as person
let thy will be done..let me fly.

Fade to blue and grey

There's a girl on the poster board
you can spot her from the bus
a small alluring interval
on a mediocre ride
each day she fades more
to blue and grey
pigments washing out
edges torn
and in time
she'll be replaced
by an advertisement
for doughnuts
and all the men
will silently sigh
for there's one less peg
holding up the day

For my Love Who Can't Be Here ...

Many times I notice that empty space
beside or infront of me
as I eat my meals and feel this just is no way to be ...
Many instances I find something funny and I chuckle,
but can't help feel that it can be more of a good roar
if he were just here to laugh with me ...
and then some more ...
Many evenings or nights I can't help but wish,
for comfort ... that there's more
than the pillow to hug ...
in place of a warm living loved one
who can respond with his own embrace
that would feel so lovingly snug ...

Until he returns
back into my arms that miss him so ...
I try my best to catch and savor
every drop of happiness around me ..
And hopefully, with this poem
he will surely know...
That no problems, distance, or worries
can ever make me forget or not see
my deep-seated wish for him & I
to eventually become that " WE" ...

Trapped

Help help me I am trapped
By this cruel world that is completely wicked and warped and difinately wacked
And the demons have invaded and destroyed my brain
My life is useless and has gone down the drain
That's why IAM known as criminally insane
Have you no SHAME
Criminally insane

IAM waiting and hating and debating what lies a head
If I could find the perfect woman I would take her to bed
She would replace that big fluffy bear called the one and only Mrs big ted
I spent a week making and creating her inside my green shed
It nearly killed me inside there I thought I was dead.

Fear nothing my sacred friend
Lots of people are fake and pretend in this lost world that has no end
Don't give in don't give up
No matter how much you suffer and have such hard luck
Be like me and don't give a f*ck

About this poem:
The poem is about being stuck in transit and not being allowed to move on.
Life paints an illusion that everything is happy and easy and free flowing
But is it?
Is our lives planned for us?
Can we change our journey?
Is anyone else trapped?
My life for nearly 3 years has been trapped
Never gone this long before without breakthrough
Coming out of this.
Been there before but never this long.
Trying to break cycle
Not forcefully.
Any spiritual readers here?
That can read karma?
Tell me?
Online sometimes broke my cycle if trapped
This time nothing's moving this force that has me trapped

Untitled 0001

The wind blows over the hill
The scent flows in the air
The Lillies at the top let out their fragrances
The joy they collected from the sun
It flows from the top to the bottom of the hill
Down to the houses of the peasants, bringing them the joy poverty took
But the fragrance flows right by
There is no appreciation for it
The lifeless bodies in the grasses
The village becomes a mass grave
Their sadness is over

About this poem:
It's not literal. Well, it is literal. I just had words that came to my mind, so the coordination may be shaky. Don't be sad. It actually comes from a happy place.

Steady as she goes

Be real is back in full poetic mode,
(And resolves to write a stanza per day)*,
Now off the drink, his verse is no more slow'd,
By hangovers, (which caused him much dismay);-
A poetic castle - his fair abode,
(And he wouldn't have it any other way);
So get ready, now, for another spiel;-
From the CS poet called lovecanbereal.

That's, to say, (of course), me, myself, and I;
It's why I voice my verse in the first person,
So you can have confessional poetry;
(Yes, indeed, that's what I voice my verse in);
As memories are drawn from my mind's eye;
And I'll not let the alcoholic curse win;
I now address the world and my fine nation;-
With verses that are fit for publication.

I've lived a life that I don't regret;
Does anyone read poetry today?
To write this down, before I just forget;
Another soul that dies and fades away;
For modern times you must have a vignette;
Readers wouldn't have it another way;
Attention span is short now - like our dreams;-
Getting shorter, all the time - or so it seems.

I would that I could write here with more space;
Although I must abbreviate my verse;
Maintaining rhyme, integrity, and grace;
Is brevity a modern poet's curse?
The outline of my story, I must trace;
To tell the truth for better, or for worse;
That's if I - (your poet and narrator);-
Can remember all that happened then, and later.

And just what is it, I will write of next?
Well, subjects - they are many - and incredible;
When I was young, I was quite highly sexed;
(Although I am now, these days, more cerebral);
And at peace with myself - no longer vexed;
By the things on this earth labeled 'terrible';
By being happy with what one does have;-
I'll never be, no more, just passion's slave.

Casting off the chains - alcohol and dr*gs;
And ev'ry morning, now, my mind does thank me;
Before, I'd down the glass to lees and dregs;
John Barleycorn would sneak up then and tank me;
Then crawling on the floor, passed out on rugs;
Before the morning's black coffee would crank me;
To a new day's destruction overwrought;-
If I had money, then alcohol I bought.

The anecdotes will still flow from my pen;-
My indiscretions make compelling muse;
Back and forwards in time 'tween now and then;
For I've gone and lit the poetic fuse;
Improvements in perception of my ken;
Makes for verse that no reader can refuse;
I'll tell of instances of impropriety;-
Now crystallized in mem'ry, by sobriety.

So Bereal's been sober, now, for a year;
Never will he waver, or relapse;
Not touching whisky, wine, or a beer;
That brought him close, to a state of collapse;
His mind works best without boozes' veneer;
In a heatwave, he may have an ale, perhaps;
But only for emergency hydration;-
Of fluids, lost by heat, in this hot nation!**
