My Distant Prince ( Niall)

Almost doomed by a horrible journey,
Of love-cloaked by obsession and jealousy,
Was blinded that beyond my world - so small
Life doesn't exist after all.

The last bead of courage helped me out
My fate has changed, without a doubt.
I've never been so free like this!
My heart is calm, my soul at ease!

Still, loneliness pokes every night,
I long for love, I cannot hide.
But you , My Prince, just came for me!
With so much love and sympathy.

I couldn't fathom how I feel,
But all I know, you're here to heal.
You are my source of strength within,
From withered life, I live again.

What will complete my flow of grace?
Your caring touch and warm embrace!
My heart craves to be with you,
Your love is pure, meek and true..

Love

Love

A burning consumes my soul
As I gaze upon thee
Yet you do not see
You are my goal

Slowly you turn and walk away
Though I do stay
My heart goes with you
Oh, if you only knew

My days are filled with visions of you
Yet our moments together are so few
I try to speak, what is in my heart
Yet again you are gone before I start

One day we meet in the park
On a night left dark
On a bench do we sit
My mind races, yet I have no wit

Taking your hand, in both of mine
I look deep into your eyes
Now is the time
Yet a coward still lives in me

I gaze upon thee
Your lips so soft and full
Your hair, long and flowing
Your manner, so carefree

Your eyes, sparkling
Diamonds in the sky
Your face, soft and lovely
Like a porcelain doll

Yet in me is a fear
Of which I cannot speak
Then you smile, the spell you break
And you hear

Now I am at peace
My heart rejoices
Together do we say
I love you.

About this poem:
This poem came from meditation, and is displayed as conceptualised.

love. Is an absolute condition of the human condition, hopefully all eventually realise the unconditionality of love.

We are probably born with the concept of love at a deep genetic level, however we must learn to love.

I find the last line the most intriguing, the word evolve separated by a dash shows love in reverse, ve usually in English conveys the position of I. So through the process of learning love or evolving the human condition we move to higher states and realise greater realms of love, the last line conveys or transports us to the position of, I HAVE EVOL-ED

Maybe love and the evolving human condition are intricately symbiotic. That's the way I intemperate it anyhow.

Regards.....Andy

Captured

Captured thats what i am
captured by your heart's hand
that reached across the miles
holding me in your beautiful smiles

Captured thats what you have done
so i can once more see the sun
every dark cloud rolled back
when you fufilled the lack

Captured in your eyes
with warmth that has no lies
Captured i am yes i'll stay
forever your captive

Waiting

tender is my heart that aches for the union of a pure soul
late autumn moon sheds light on wilted trees leaves almost gone
ancient stars glisten in the crisp evening air
to touch an angels face and cradle her from solemn tear
I am here I am here

Solitary Owl

Eye of time changed the forest, the perch
my owl sister, so eternal your search
so mournful your yearn
return

A yellow eye awaken
memory of the moments forsaken?
in your echo a solitary tear
disappear

Lonely calls hauntingly
for the Soul you couldn’t grasp, slipped away, untimely.

Screech my soul her eye closed from the daylight,
dare it scorch the Shadow she holds so dear.

Somewhere Over The Rainbow Trout.

Sweet release, and free flowing fillament.

Theres something to be said about a woman who stands in the middle of a river waiving a stick. She fishes.
The sound of the quiet gives way only to the life of the water you stand in. It beats to a rhythm of fancy and a free flowing soul.

With closed eyes, hear the ages of time as they surrender their stories with voice of a breeze through the knowledgeable trees.

It kisses the leaves with a wisdom of certainty.
Senses revealed and surrounded by scent of untainted life and oh how peaceful the collaboration it has for the need in me..........I can breathe...
Fisher of men I am woman, river, brook, stream, creek no matter...if you see me I need to find a new place to stand.
Memory had a story of may flies hatching soon..fish will be hungry and desperate to feed..Got my fly on, to and fro as I seek my mark it cuts the wind with fine precision. The thought crossed my mind once of how a fish must feel.

Seems a shame to trick a fish with promise of treat, but as I stand in the river for my health as it seems a fisher of the wo part of man here I stand and waiving a stick shakes up my appetite. Must remember that fish do not think so a meal if I catch they will be.

Time of times in the life of a river I stand and I smile.

The odds are stacked against one of us out here, they give hell of a fight sometimes...and sometimes they win. But then again, sometimes so do I.

Beware little trout ...from tippet's first touch, doomed is a fish hit on fly, that tickle you feel is the river saying goodbye.

The best of life's reflections I've found, here, standing in a river waiving a stick.

I always find peace, and dinner if this time I'm lucky.

Mon ame~ My soul

Your Love is the symphony of my lonely hearts sorrow in repose, the unwitting precociousness of a child's innocence I see in the reflection of your eyes as the elucidation of my happiness dances deep within.

My heart flows with syncopation
as it beats to the dancing winds
of the ~Ruwach~ you hold.

A simplicity of rhythm,
that of familiar duplication
that does comfort my soul.

The Chief Musician inside of me sings to the melody of your Love.

Greater Love

Here he lies before me, my friend for many years,
he saved me from the water, now I'm frowning in my tears;

Grief is but a poor word for everything I feel,
there can be no greater love;

He was there to guide me through the follies of my age,
always there beside me, everything forgave,
held me as a father, showing me the way,
there can be no greater love;

No fear did he have before the storm,
the fate of others was his only thought,
and though it was the way to certain darkness,
to save my life he gave his own;

For my life he gave his own,
and these words are writ in stone.
where he lies;
"Greater love hath no man than this, that
a man lay down his life for his friend"

My Cat

It's easy to love my cat

she purrs when I stroke her

she never tells me off if I'm home late

she loves me most when I feed her

she never asks me to clean the bathroom

she never wakes me to give her more room

It's easy to love my cat.
