It already comes from property taxes and sales taxes on items purchased. Which by the way when a foreclosure happens the bank doesn't pay the property taxes there by depriving the government of the needed money.

Hey our fore fathers rebelled against the British over taxes. They were asking to much, to many, to often...so they booted them out of the country in 1776. Most Americans today consider that they don't have representation in Washington. Remember the saying "No Taxation without representation"?

Obamacare lost me when it could not pay for special needs kids. Here the 40% that did not pay taxes were getting a new benefit, but the special need kids.....that really need health coverage and more benefits were iced out of the program. Dear old Teddy Kennedy that on his death bed wrote Obamacare. Must have rolled over in his grave when Special Need kids were excluded.
Remember the Kennedy family has supported the Special Olympics for years and years. But a Kennedy written bill on health care excludes them? Give me a break.
Then you have Obamacare taking $500b from senior citizen medicare. That really work in a greying country. In States like FL and AZ with high numbers of elderly. What do the liberal take the elderly for? Being dumbest in the class? Sorry Dude, but every elderly in the country sees that Obama was just tapping his medical benefits to give to give the 40% non taxiing paying citizen of the country.

I have; for myself, based on the new health care coverage, I would pay $723.00 a month to give myself health care coverage. Since I no longer receive unemployment benefits (thank you our federal government), my health care insurance is now officially on the "HOPE & PRAY PLAN."

As I am concerned people who have no ability paying for health are coverege receiving support helped toward better solutions because of these reforms. Have you really searched all options aviable here and now ?

While the Obama Administration halts deportations to work on its secret amnesty plan, hospitals across the U.S. are getting stuck with the exorbitant tab of medically treating illegal immigrants and some are finally demanding compensation from the federal government.
The group that represents most of the nation’s hospitals and medical providers recently urged President Obama to work with Congress to reimburse them for the monstrous cost of treating illegal immigrants. Federal law requires facilities to “treat and stabilize individuals” regardless of their immigration status, but federal support for the services remains “virtually nonexistent,” according to a letter submitted by the American Hospital Association to the president.
This week officials in California, the state with the largest concentration of illegal immigrants, joined the call for federal compensation after revealing that hospitals there spend about $1.25 billion annually to care for illegal aliens. The figure skyrocketed from $1.05 billion in 2007, according to California Hospital Association figures quoted in a local news report.
The problem will only get worst, according to officials, who say the $1.25 billion for 2010 could actually be higher. They complain that federal law forces them to treat patients in emergency rooms regardless of immigration status yet they get stuck with the financial burden. This has forced many hospitals to curtail services or close beds and could ultimately compromise healthcare.
Nationwide, U.S. taxpayers spend tens of billions of dollars annually to provide free medical care for illegal immigrants with states that border Mexico taking the biggest hit. Adding to the problem is the fact that Mexico, the country that provides the largest amount of illegal immigrants in the U.S., has long promoted America’s generous public health centers. It even operates a Spanish-language program (Ventanillas de Salud, Health Windows) in about a dozen U.S. cities that refers its nationals—living in the country illegally—to publicly funded health centers where they can get free medical care without being turned over to immigration authorities.

Do you honestly think that I would not post with having read, re-read the entire Health Care Bill Dude? Healthcare business administration is a field both myself and my sister have been and are involved in.
For the unemployed, who do meet federal regulations/definitions of poor, there is NO aid. Period. There are no cute little government handouts for thousands, like myself, who cannot afford to procure their own health insurance.

Was he captured on the water or on land. If the first then the Federal court's do have jurisdiction over him if he is being tried on piracy charges.
