I find the White House trying to interject itself into Texas over this execution, just a little two faced.

The Jurors in the Casey Anthony case are beginning to talk in public. With 2/3 of the country not happy with the verdict, they are going to be explaining things for a long time. The Anthony's have had death threats.
So far I have not heard any of the jurors with a good explanation to the not guilty decision. Just that they felt the prosecution did not have enough evidence or could not determine the way Caylee died. This juror discounted the prosecution's claim of clyorsform in the case. Each has seems to have a different reason for the not guilty verdict.
They reset Casey Anthony release from the jail by a few extra days.

The economic news here is the .1 increase in unemployment. This after the Obama economic administration prediction that major increase in employed was to happen.
But you got know that when they release the data on Friday early in the morning (meaning prior to the news papers opening in the rest of the country). They knew.
The private sector did its job. It hired 56,000. It was government letting off 30,000 with cost cuts that knocked the figure down. I do suspect that it was mostly state and local government doing the lay offs. And today most of those are controlled by REP. But the total increase was only 18,000 about 1/5 the projection.
Can we hear the words...'double dip recession' in the background?

Holy Cameloni duckrew: Get a life, read about things before you comment on them. A question I've head several times, about obamacare, is where are the Canadians going to go for healthcare if we get obamacare? They have a "free" medical system up there, seems like it doesn't work well so they come to the US when they can, some that would have died under their system are still alive because of our system. A recent poll of US doctors showed over 80% of them would opt out of obamacare, what good would a free medical system be with only a few doctors participating? Do you post these things for fun, just to see how irritated you can make people, or are you really so misinformed?

I know... it is hard to trust but what can I say? What began the whole thing? the employer did not pay his taxes and then they shutted down his place? That is a horrible thing and I beleive autorities should kind of making an effort to support those loosing job that way because your husband and others who lost their wages that way were absolutely inoncent of course... so I hope some body taking care of the unemployed some better over there and specially in the begining because it is not right the whole life collapsing because of loosing a job.
What the employer did was also wrong and taxation sytem looks pretty weak if the system could not make sure the propper tax is paid befire the whole thing collapses. Union have not helped either I can feel cause ... was ur husband a member of a Union? Any Unemployment organisation? Any body to get support from ?
I can never ever convince you a bout there are differences... huge differneces between parties and ideologies but I stay strong on my claims a bout Democrats are at least more propper than Republicans have been on the rights of the unemployed and that is why being angry on all folks on all parties and so on does not help much. I am starting to think that everyone should take a course in logic. This is not just because I teach logic, but because I am amazed at how commonly fallacious arguments, and weak arguments, are used to convince people to accept certain positions.
People like to think that they have good reasons to hold their positions. They have listened, maybe, to what others have had to say, and are persuaded to believe in something that sounded good, or right, to them.
Rhetoric, as I am using the term, means using persuasive language or techniques to get people to agree with your position. Effective rhetoric may use logical reasoning, but it often involves fallacious reasoning, and emotive language. People are persuaded to believe that something is true, using manipulative tactics. Sometimes this is unintentional, and sometimes, the individual employing the tactics knows exactly what they are doing.
If people were trained to recognize good arguments they would be less likely to be persuaded by manipulative tactics, and we would have more rational debates, less shouting matches, and maybe come to better decisions.
I’m not going to hold my breathe. I suspect that many people won’t even read this article, after they look at the title.

Actually I beleive It’s All About The Heart too... but having Heart on the right place where human rights and needs of other human beings less fortuned than your self and not healthy as ur self or not employed as ur self are the focus for you... making you Reasoning with kind of emotion and care showing you really are able to feel and undesrstand and respect all human beings around you on matte rof basic needs of humanity at least and feeling that all people love their,s as u love yours... and that Reasoning enables you having the kind of Logic acceptable to most others and able to convince others a bout you really care... and then u will have no reason using much efforts on Rhetoric any way , because words just flow and it feels rather natural for you to express ur self and most others will know that what you do is definately not for your self or based on narcisim what so ever but it is because you definately are able of feel being a human being and feeling responsible to do some thing good for others while living on this planet.

Ccincy: Oh HSD while I'm on the subject about my son.During the time of his kindergarten year we found out that he had a 50% hearing loss on both ears.
By the way this occured during another time when we ended up homeless again because of my late husband's job loss by a careless employer we ended up not having medical insurance.
Well we spent lots of time on the phone trying to get help from acouple of the local health and goverment ran agencies and was turned down cause we had no insurance to pay for our sons meds and possible ear surgery.
We later referred to a doctor who was an ear specialist who told us that he wasn't worried about getting paid and told us by using these words "lets just get this kid the help he needs."We both could've gave that doctor a hug we were both so relieved to find someone who really cared and listened.When our political figures wouldn't even listen.We felt it was a pretty sad day when parents like us who were not looking for a handout but actually looking for a solution for our childs medical problem approaches our political figures and they just turn the other way.I thought man they sure talk the talk but don't walk the walk.
I couldn't imagine having my son today with his hearing loss and what would've taken place with the way Obamacare will force people to either have insurance or they'll be fined.
I wonder sometimes if we actually live in a dictatorship country.

Very honrable human being the doctor who helped ur dear son have been and there are many many wonderful human beings like the doctor you refer to and helping others in need. what is the governemnt made sure that no body should wait until finding an honorable doctor as the one who definately made a great thing and helped ur bloved son? I think the could cut some tax loopholes. One big one:
The "un" earned income tax credit.
Now that's one that could go away.
