America got some of the absolutle best doctors and absolutely strong know how and tecnology and beside is a strong and rich nation with the ability of creating a real universal health care coverege for all americans.

A universal health care plan in America will mean huge savings for all feauter generations of America and will mean better lives for tens of millions of americans for sure and will make America to even a better country for all inhabitants for sure.

Now after so many years and so many american presidents who have been trying to create more equality regarding this important matter... president Obama,s plans are bashed on and attacked and not many are pointing out a strange fact a bout America using more money on health care of each american than any other nations and still the situation is rather cloudy and people are dying because of a lack of money for a health care coverage in one of the richest countries on Earth while Republicans and Democrats are fighting over this and too many americans still taking side with GOP regarding this matter with out analysing GOP claims regarding what Obamacare is all a bout any way.

Is this really that difficult to understand or to study these reforms when the whole reform is easily aviable on line and provided by the government as an important part of an open government effort of president Obama?

Before the new health care law, insurers could remove young adults from their parent’s plans -- usually around age 19, sometimes later if the young adult remained a full-time student. Now, the law allows most young adults to remain on their parents insurance plan until their 26th birthday.

Real Estate Tax is now Law

Slipped in through the Obamacare-Bill!
Sneaky as Crap.

Remeber this when you vote in Nov.
More bad news from Obamacare especially for the real estate market!

Real Estate Tax is now Law

This is for all of you that mighy be interested in selling or buying a home in the future!

It would have been nice if this were publicized BEFORE the vote. I

wonder what is in the rest of the 2700 pages that no one read....

Sounds like escrow people will now be tax collectors.

Under the new health care bill - did you know that all real estate

transactions are subject to a 3.8% "Sales Tax"?

If you sell your $400,000 home, this will be a $15,200 tax.

Seems People did Remember in November!rolling on the floor laughing

So the real estate tax could be a real "whammy".

If a person buys a house for $100,000 the previous owner will pay $3,800 (which will be figured into the sales price/padding the numbers).

Then, it's conceivable in a few years the recent buyer sells the house at the same price ($100,000) in a depressed market. He could conceivably lose $,3,800.

So Obummer is watching out for the "little guy". laugh laugh laugh laugh

So the buyer/seller then would lose $7600.00 dunno

Seems to me there would be less real estate activity...further depressing a slow housing market. professor

That's why under Obama's plan if people didn't buy insurance that they would be fined so many dollars.Yup Obamacare would be good for everyone.

I'd rather pay for my medical bills if I ever have any myself.

That's thrilling news. Maybe all that "free" stuff is why my health insurance went up $60.00 a month for the coming year.help

I would venture to guess that any "preventative" services would have been less than the ADDITIONAL $720 a year. mumbling doh

We saw how well Obama vision for out economy went. Why should we trust his judgement on our healthcare?

Just because good old Europe has it?

Good old Europe right now is into debt to good old Europe's ever loving kister. Austerity riots in Greece remember?

All Obama care is wealth redistribution under a different guise anyways. The 40% that don't pay taxes pick up a new government benefit that the 60% that do pay tax pay don't.

Obamacare lost me when it could not pay for special needs kids. Here the 40% that did not pay taxes were getting a new benefit, but the special need kids.....that really need health coverage and more benefits were iced out of the program. Dear old Teddy Kennedy that on his death bed wrote Obamacare. Must have rolled over in his grave when Special Need kids were excluded.

Remember the Kennedy family has supported the Special Olympics for years and years. But a Kennedy written bill on health care excludes them? Give me a break.

Then you have Obamacare taking $500b from senior citizen medicare. That really work in a greying country. In States like FL and AZ with high numbers of elderly. What do the liberal take the elderly for? Being dumbest in the class? Sorry Dude, but every elderly in the country sees that Obama was just tapping his medical benefits to give to give the 40% non taxiing paying citizen of the country.

If Obama cared about the elderly in the country with Obamacare.
Again it is a reason to support it. But he when takes 500b
from their benefits, he acting against their best interest.

Obama care is good for Obama's voting block of youth and non taxer in the country. But for special needs kids, elderly, small business, and self employed it stinks.

So this was just a campaign promise for part of the country. Much of it has been made unconstitutional. It showed how a DEM controlled government played politics in Washington....with back room deals, trades and special clauses in the bill. All showing the DEM can rationalize fairness to a degree ....were it is twisted out of any kind of shape or form.

Dude returning to it......wants just to avoid the real issues of the coming 2012.

Dude, have you researched the cost of procuring health insurance for an unemployed individual? I have; for myself, based on the new health care coverage, I would pay $723.00 a month to give myself health care coverage. Since I no longer receive unemployment benefits (thank you our federal government), my health care insurance is now officially on the "HOPE & PRAY PLAN."

I HOPE I never get sick and I PRAY that if I do, magic will happen and my medical bills will be paid by an anonymous philanthropist.

Herman Cain on healthcare:

"President Obama and liberals in Congress have demantled the free market health care system and replaced it with health care "deform". They passed measures that compromise the sacred doctor-patient relationship, patient choice, stick a beuacracy in the
in the examining room, ration health care and do nothing to limit frivilious lawsuit that drive up the cost of healthcare."

"Under the guise of making health care a 'right' for all people,
President Obama and liberals in Congress instead extended the the tentacles of government, expanded their control and diminished the patients rights. They have also made it more difficult and more expensive for Doctors to practice medicine, including specialists that are needed desperately for saving lives. In reality their attempt to reforming the system, actually have deformed it."

"The majority of American agree: it is itme to repeal and replace Obamacare with patient-centered, free market reforms. It is time to institute ligitimate tort reforms that let Doctor's pratice medicine with out the fear of frivilious lawsuits. Loser pay laws would be a great start! That is, let those that lose frivilious lawsuits pay the legal expense of those found not guilty. Additionaly, loosening the restriction of the Health Saving Accounts would help to empower American to save and invest their own money to expend thier option for health care."

"Let's level the playing field under teh current tax codes and allow deductibility of health insurance premiums regardless if tehy are paid by the employer or the employee. That would help to shift ownership of one's health care back to where it belongs; the individual. Patient-centered heal legislation is stuck committee and they cannot get out. With the right leadership we can get them out and get them passed."

What is the matter with patient-centered health care, Dude?
Most people know when they are sick and need medical attention.

Opponents Hope To Stop Health Care Overhaul At Polls
After Federal Court Ruling, Gesture Could Be Symbolic Only
POSTED: 2:01 pm EDT July 6, 2011

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Opponents of the new federal health care overhaul say they've gathered enough signatures to ask Ohio voters this fall whether the state should amend its constitution to keep people from being required to buy health insurance or face penalties.

The amendment's backers acknowledge that approval of the measure won't automatically exempt the state from the mandate in President Barack Obama's health care overhaul. But they say they hope to use the amendment to legally challenge the law.

A coalition of tea party groups called the Ohio Liberty Council is among the amendment's supporters who planned on Wednesday to file more than 546,000 signatures with Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted. They need roughly 385,000 valid signatures for the amendment question to get on the Nov. 8 ballot.

The amendment would prohibit any federal, state or local law from forcing Ohio residents, employers or health care providers to participate in a health care system.

The Obama administration has argued that the coverage requirements rest on a solid constitutional foundation: the power of Congress to regulate interstate commerce.

But critics say that does not give the government the right to direct people to buy specific goods or services.

Last week, a federal appeals court in Cincinnati affirmed the merits of the health care law, agreeing that the government can require a minimum amount of insurance for Americans.

Timothy Jost, a professor at Washington and Lee University law school in Virginia, said unless reversed by the U.S. Supreme Court, the ruling by the three-judge 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals already settles the question of whether Ohio residents would be required under the federal law to buy health insurance.

"At this point it serves no legal purpose," Jost said. "It's just a political statement."

Chris Littleton, a co-founder of the Ohio Liberty Council, contends the amendment would provide the best chance for a case over whether the mandate is constitutional. He said it also would ban any future state-passed mandates from being imposed on Ohio residents.

Such amendments are being pushed in other states. Lawmakers in Alabama, Florida and Wyoming are putting similar measures before voters next year, the National Conference of State Legislatures says.

More than 30 legal challenges have been filed over the health care overhaul, some focusing on different issues such as states' rights.

If the Ohio amendment meets state requirements, voters in the political bellwether could have a chance to weigh in on two divisive new laws this November.

Last week, opponents of Ohio's new collective bargaining restrictions delivered nearly 1.3 million signatures to Husted's office. Proponents of the referendum, which would invalidate the entire bill, need just over 231,000 valid signatures to get on the ballot.

Husted's office has until July 26 to verify both sets of signatures.

Something else you did not hear much about in the media.....

Tehran.....just hosted the First International Conference on the Global Fight against Terrorism. Now with Iran being considered the biggest host of Islamic terrorism in the world....one would think that most would see this as pure polics and avoid teh conference.

Wrong. 60 Attended....including a special envoy from the UN Sect General Ban Ki-moon. But also in attendance were Hamas, Hezbolloh, Pakistan, Iraq, AFghanistan, Nkorean and Cuba. Like All these parties that have resisted terrorism for so many years (if ever). I am surprised the the Taliban were not invited.

Funny how in the conference the world's great terrorists were suddenly flying the Star and Stripes and Star of David on their flags. Like doh "for sure" as a California Valley girl might say.

Like this has nothing to do with "911 v Iran" court case in a New York Federal court. In which even the California Valley girl is going to clearly see the evidence of a Iran that is complicit in the 911 attack on the United States.

Nor does the Conference timing have anything to do with the bin Laden raid and death. Not that Iran and Pakistan did not know of his were abouts. Iran just has 5 of his immediate family in house arrest in Tehran. Like they would never tell.

Maybe his 4 sons attended the conference and spoke about how
the US violated his human rights with the raid. And from
there.....this UN investigation into his death has sprouted more legs. Even the California Valley girl is doing "like you know".

Newt Grinrich is saying that the Obama administraion is losing its terrorist message to Tehran at this point. Wrong Newt, Obama gave away the terrorist message back at Cairo. Has been giving it away ever since. The bin Laden raid was purely accidental. It was at the request of General Petreuas, who asked for covert operation in AO.

So if this Tehran message sticks.....during the Obama administration watch....the US and Israel will have become the world's biggest terrorist states. And our glorious leader.....and our media.....never said a thing in our defense.

Dear President Obama:

I am writing today with a somewhat unusual request.

First and foremost, I will be asking that you return the United States of America to its August 20th, 1959 borders, so that Hawaii is no longer a state and thus you are no longer a citizen...

With utmost respect,

Bibi Netanyahu

Prime Minister - Israel

ARTICLE IX:
You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that you have the right to PURSUE happiness, which by the way, is a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an over abundance of idiotic laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of Rights.

ARTICLE X:
This is an English speaking country. We don't care where you are from, English is our language. Learn it or go back to wherever you came from! (lastly....)

ARTICLE XI:
You do not have the right to change our country's history or heritage. This country was founded on the belief in God. And yet, you are given the freedom to believe in any religion, any faith, or no faith at all; with no fear of persecution. The phrase IN GOD WE TRUST is part of our heritage and history, and if you are uncomfortable with it, TOUGH!!!!

If you agree, share this with a friend. No, you don't have to, and nothing tragic will befall you if you don't. I just think it's about time common sense is allowed to flourish. Sensible people of the United States speak out because if you do not, who will?

Conrad73: Real Estate Tax is now LawSlipped in through the Obamacare-Bill!
Sneaky as Crap.

this when you vote in Nov.

If you sell your $400,000 home, this will be a $15,200 tax.Seems People did Remember in November!

Click on the PIC fro the large Version,so you can see the Fraud that was perpetrated!
And this is just one instance!
Plenty more Trojans in that Bill.

It is no fraud or some thing like that and the samekind of necessary taxation of real state deals is suggested for dealing with the economical situation of the time being in several countries. The necessary money for runnign the country got to coem from some where you know? Real state taxation have bene too lowin the last many years and governments facing difficulties taking care of the country also because of this lack of propper taxation on real state. When a whole country needs more money in order to keep it to gether then the money shall be found some where you see?
