Sounds like a desperate situation but I am sure if you pause just a little you might find positive things to be happy and thankful about. Breathe and meditate a little .......... it works wonders.

No, this is so true. Our attitude helps a lot. Those of us that are positive thinkers seem to have better coping skills and those of us that are fatalistic find it harder to cope..........like you said it is all about about how we work it through.
Happygolucky4u: I agree with the post do something for someone else. Also maybe write a list of things you have to be grateful, you already started with a good family Many don't have that. I don't know you or what you have been thru in life. I do know if you were a close friend of mine I would respond quit feeling sorry for yourself and go out and start living. But you see I don't know you. I don't know why you are feeling this way. I do hope you allow the feeling to pass by quickly.

We only have one life,it isn't a dress rehearsal, no second chances. You must seek help from your doctor if this feeling persists. Try if you can to enjoy the simple things in life and the beauty of nature around us. You must get some professional help. Take care.

Dragos1: Yes, you can have everything and still feel emptiness or loss. I do not think sympathy helps. I just know that a few days ago things were brighter.
The fact that you put your feelings on here says to me that you might be a little lonely ... don't look to strangers to comfort you, some may even make you feel more alone... for you may not get the advice you need here .. I say look within, its you and only you who can help yourself ... everybody gets a bad day but if you look with awareness all around you , you can find the good in it too :) .. you don't have to do anything dramatic, its often the simple things that can lift your mood ... put on your favourite music up loud and dance ! make pancakes :) get out in nature ( best medicine ) do what YOU love to do and don't get attached to any person for your happiness. you only need you :) so get on your dancing shoes and turn up that music and that's a start :) xxx
When you have everything and nothing all at the same time, it is because you are depressed. Take the time to appreciate everything and be grateful for everything. Nothing happens without work, dedication, commitment, therefore, everything has value and deserves respect and acknowledgement. STOP BEING A SELFISH BRAT and STOP TAKING STUFF and PEOPLE FOR GRANTED!!! It will do you good.

Dear Dasey11 I follow your instructions then feel much better thanks you dasey and al my friends now I feeling much better cause of you all friends thnx all but you know when your heart broken it will not easy control himself anyhow I am trying control myself more....
