Crispy fat bits. Just Enough to take the stringy texture away the one thing is the texture of mushrooms. You're free to scorch the hell out of them, they're a fungus.
It's pork so has to be cooked all the way. Nice and crispy. I started to make it in microwave. Actually works better than frying. Have to take time to do it right, but crispy and the meat part doesnt end up a rock.

Me neither to be honest Selenite. I only use cheese in a sauce or maybe an omelette and rarely eat fatty food such as bacon if I can help it. I used to love a full English but not any more.

I think I'd still be eating cheeses if I could, but I favoured the local different Spanish goats cheeses …
germanspitz: Best breakfast I have ever had was just outside Athlone . I'd been to the Irish Army's Summer BBQ in Athlone and we stayed over. It was fabulous.
