Well, I am love. So is everybody else. Some have more or less than others. Depends what one is focusing on.
I really do not like to see people limit themselves by stating that love only happens once. If you believe that, then it will be your reality. It's a choice really. I've seen how love can take us beyond time, space and matter. Is this real what we feel? Can we cast aside our egos, become vulnerable and know levels of joy and well-being unique among life experiences? Sure we can, but for how long? Yeah, the world is a vampire and continually confronts us with obstacles to take us away from love in all of it's forms. But....is this world that you see out there simply your thoughts? What kind of world is in your head? Heaven or Hell? If it's hell, isn't it hard to capture this illusive love?
We've all been there when we capture a glimpse of what can be ours...together. Boundaries disappear, there seems to be no limitations and we rejoice in union. We become one yet individual as we share true intimacy as we openly show who we truly are without any masks.
In any case, there's my deep thought. Yes, I believe in love in all of it's manifestations. The most important love that I truly believe in, is loving yourself. If you can accept, understand and love yourself, then it makes it that much easier to accept, understand, and love somebody who you want to share life with.
I should say to expect the storms. Love is not perfect and can be a battlefield at times. Everybody should expect this to happen when you are in love. If you don't, then those unexpected storms can ruin your foundation. Love conquers, true, but you have to work for it. Love is not just gonna fall in you lap...much like happiness.
