My advice when someone tells you that you are nice....WALK this is the best advice i could give anyone. I have been in that situation quite a few times and personally i find it as being a nice way of saying take a hike.
But Honestly i would prefer not being seen as merely nice and i would rather be seen as blunt or honest.( This is just me though)

No, its usually tell the truth or say nothing at all and I never hear from them again. Generally though, I think its a mutual thing that just seems to fizz out interest in each other.
I've had one guy I was crazy about and he just vanished .... now him I do wonder about and why the sudden change as everything seemed to be going very well.
I tend to handle the rejection much better now ...... I was fine before I met them and I'll be fine after wards. I'd rather focus on finding someone who'll be crazy about me then to waste time lamenting over someone who really doesn't care - I robbed myself of too much time doing that years ago. I'm not going down that path anymore.

Hell no, I can honestly say no-one has ever said that to me. If they did, I'd probably give them a round of "f's" or crack them one Or do you mean online? Most of the messages I get and posts I read directed at me go in one ear and out the other within 2 seconds so I dunno if anyone ever said it to me or not
