It´s a game with many people, maybe not intentionally for some, but whatever, somebody gets hurt usually as we´ve all seen here on CS many many times.
Forums are relatively safe for discussing and debating issues, the occasional feel good factor flirt, and making a few genuine pen-pals, if you choose wisely, along the way. Not much else as far as I have seen.
It´s a game with many people, maybe not intentionally for some, but whatever, somebody gets hurt usually as we´ve all seen here on CS many many times.
Forums are relatively safe for discussing and debating issues, the occasional feel good factor flirt, and making a few genuine pen-pals, if you choose wisely, along the way. Not much else as far as I have seen.
And so few are still angry at an EX, they will not pursue another relationship with heart..

Both party are in fear of lies, scammers, and many others behind the person. If one gives way, there is a chances of knowing better. Believe on line dating takes time, trust and chemistry to go along but needs to be online or phone calls daily, if not can be quite difficult. I am sure there is a possibility to work out although the chances can be very very slim. Take the try if u have faith in each other.

On line dateing sucks ,I have been here for a few years now and not one date , I know I am no big catch, but I have a heart ,and feeling , just like the rest of you as well ,
I think that if people just gave othere people a chance , thing might be different,
we all find that on line date is hard , but just have to hang in there , I for one wont do the long distance thing, as I feel, it is a stupid thing to do , to many things can go wrong,and as for local people near me , well just no luck there for me
oh well life can suck sometimes but we dont let it get the better of use , hugs to you all

I´ve had dates but it still sucks! That´s why I only come here occasionally for the forums.
Too many people using their computers to ease their troubled lives without any intention of taking it further than luring others into their unreal world, either unwittingly or intentionally.
Sad, but true unfortunately.
I think it is harder online ) those that I have met online..well not all were bad..but well at least I can play on the forums and meet some pretty decent good people until I can find that match for me..not pushing it ..figure it will happen when its suppose to

I think it is very hard to find a mate that is a compatible person for me anywhere, not just online. I really think that if I believe there is someone out there for me, there is someone out there for me, and I don't know when or where that will happen. Maybe it will be online, and maybe they will live far away. But if I found that person, and they were a long distance, or some other obstacle, I would deal with it when the time arose. It seems that a frame of mind regarding finding a mate is important. It's like anything else, if I believe that I can get a degree than I will get a degree. If I stop believing there is someone out there for me, than it probably won't happen. So I keep believing there is someone out there for me. And the scammers.....f'em. LOL

I don't think the online thing is all that hard at all, it's taking it offline that's the hard part.
I've had my fair share of fake profiles, BSers, and phony people, but I've also been fortunate enough to have met some of the lovliest ladies on the site as well, and even some in person.
The biggest thing is to be serious, and actually meet, whether it's as friends, or something more. No point in wasting anyone's time sitting behind a computer for the next few years, with no intention of ever taking it any further.
Some folks become addicted to the dating online chase,you never know what may come along,will it be better than the previous fancy,for some the chase never ends and they become frustrated,its easy to miss out on a fabulous person when the scanning mode kicks into action,its best to meet right away if its possible,you never know it could be you're best move ever..
To many scammers,too many lies to many adventurous married man looking just one night stant and the list of bad things go on

I ask a lot of questions in real life face to face....tha's why I have him blown out of the water in our first 30 minutes of meeting......
