Since troops were being fed hot dogs, hamburgers, and other common fare, and all transportation and other incidental costs were absorbed by the military, Haliburton, and Cheney ( huge Haliburton stock holder ) made out like bandits...and this is just for food, not even talking about all the contracts that Haliburton got to get oil fields up and running again.
