We did and it didn't pass the test of being a terrorist action as it was a military one with military objectives. If he had been terrorism there would have been no military objectives and ten to a hundred times the amount of civilian casualties with absolutely no pretension of covering up those casualties and, the goal would have been a political or socical one designed to get the Governemtn of the Palestinians to make a change.
Until you can show this was designed to effect a political or social change rather than a military objective your point is going nowhere.
