As well, since the state policy of Israel is not to use human shields and actually forbidding the act in 2005, and that the state policy of Palestinians is to not only use human shields but use them as weapons as well, I would say that just about every Palestinian is guilty of a war crime just by the actions of their elected government wouldn't you?

As for those who use human shields being a terrorist, I'd have to see which accepted definition of terrorism you are using as every one I have read speaks of random violence for the purpose of terrorizing civilians rather than a military objective as Hamas does in Gaza so, unless the action using human shields is taking place inside Israel then it is not terrorism as far as my definitions go.

Perhaps you would qualify this part of your question by providing the widely accepted definition of terrorism that you have adopted.
