I don't work for the Israelis legal department so I have no record of the sentencing rates of the individuals brought up on charges. I just know that they do prosecute and, it is against the law in Israel hence, it is not state policy.

The IDF slaughtered over 350 Palestinian children in Cast Lead alone. Thousands have been slaughtered overall.

Yes like I said, too few and too slow however, point made, using Human Shields is not Israeli official policy whereas in Palestine, it is.
