when i am angry, my heart beats faster, i cant hear or see anybody around, i nearly lose control, my voice sometime is out of tune, trembling,...i cant keep my anger inside, it will explode outside 
finally, i am sometime very hot temper, but will be cool after 5 minutes, then can forget all easily, but i dont know other ppl will forgive for my rude words, and very sorry..., as that is my very weak point

It takes a lot to get me angry. When I get angry I try to talk to the people who got me angry to settle the problem. If they keep yelling then I will yell back. Then go home put my favorite music on get a sandwich and listen to the music in the dark till I calm down.
To avoid being angry in family, we all try to find the person whom called soulmate, so that we can understand each other verywell. Even without words he can also understand through your eyes.

Like I said I like to talk things out and learn from the mistakes we make. Try RED BULL...personally I think its crap and would never try it,but I'VE NOTICED A FEW WOMEN DRINKING IT lately wanting to bulk up and become strong..
Although I don't believe in them..maybe try a dose of steroids if you want to be bigger..I wouldn't recommend it though.
