pinkq81: Yes, very sad to hear that while in the other side of the world..there's revival!!!..Wait till God comes and see what HE will do for those who doesn't believe in HIM. Jesus Christ will come as the Judge ..

It's easy to separate the believer and non believer..The non believer straight goes to hell and for the believer heaven of course yet God will give rewards . He will measure things that we ever done while still live on earth.

For those who lives in Him, do HIS will, bring missing souls to HIM n other good things have been done .will receive a "crown", minister with HIM even sit on the same table. It's not a JOKE.
HE always serious when it comes about SALVATION.

It's time to make a choice.. we don't have much time! You choose HEAVEN or HELL..

I pray that many people aware about this n start REPENT..

Jesus bless you All

What a load of rubbish.... I certainly dont believe in god..

Jesus, no wonder people are turning away from religion with people like you around giving believers a bad name!
I dont know what God you are believing in but its not same one as me!thumbs down

Whatever happened to "God is Love"? and "God is forgiving"?
Dont see any of that in your post.

The thing is that people like you make the most noise, and real christians just carry on quietly minding there own business, not judging or condemning people. They are the majority but not heard as much as you lot.

"The whole image is that eternal suffering awaits anyone who questions God’s infinite love. That’s the message we’re brought up with, isn’t it? Believe or die! .....Thank you, forgiving Lord, for all those options."

Sunnydaze14: No I havent. But I have no problem with people who do. It seems to be fashionable nowadays to ridicule religious people. Especially on cs. This will probably be deleted by the mods.
im not religious tho that seems to be a blanket label

thanks for your statement

its not just cs
y double standard is an annoyance

someone can say god exists or they believe they are having an experience of god and they are called shoving it down the throats of others

yet for those that say such they can call rubbish and worse and thats ok

double standard

no one should ridicule another based on what they hold true- i mean how is that ever ok?

theres a difference in saying i believe there is a god or whatever and i believe i am experiencing it and someone saying "you" "should" believe

and i think those that try to justify bashing should maybe consider reserving such a response for the latter and leave those that state the former the hell-
grin pardon the pun-alone

I attend church when I am with my daughter, who lives on the other side of the country.
Cleanliness is next to godliness, so I clean house on Sundays,
unless something better comes up.grin

I think the folk who believe always have the right to and good luck to them....but the fire and brimstone mob screaming you will or suffer .....Sorry I grew up a good Catholic lad and the God I knew and was told about was forgiving and tolerant...NOT the maniacal vengeful one some folk are trying to say is the God we should follow.....To each his own. God is what you as an individual perceive him to be not some other persons idea As always JMO..... grin cheers

thumbs up Yes, the Fire and Brimstone mob are a pain. But like yourself, I was brought up catholic and its not in the catholic tradition to go on so much about that. We were taught more about forgiveness than hellfire

Celebrated Samhain or the festial of the dead on October 31st! (You call it Hallowe'en). We wen't to an outdoor stone altar in the Burren in County Clare at a well where 3 streams meet!

I think incidentally, the Catholics picked up on the fire and brimstone stuff to make Pagans appear to be Satanists. Nothing could be further from the truth.conversing
