Look at Loughlim motives for pulling the trigger. Gun are every place. Just keeping them in the stores with rules and regulations is not going to keep Loughlin from getting one or using it.

But the police will take drug tests on Loughlon....now that he has been remanded.....they can legally do that. Hair samples will give them a complete drug history use....
The Palin and Guns issue does not fly....because there is not direct linkage to Loughlin.....but drugs....that is a different matter indeed.
