He was guarding some Iraqi Prisoners.....when attacked by a company size force of Iraqi. He organizaed a hasty defense of 2 platoons... some 24 men.....one Bradley and 3 Personal Carriers....
to save the lives of 100 exposed men to the attack.
He move under whithering enemy fire to a 50 cal on a disabled personal carrier.....in total disregard to his own life.....maintained a exposed position.....in order the engage
the attack enemy. When he was mortally wounded.

One is done by rule law, Cindy. A legal due process has occurred on say a convicted murder execution. Were as in the case of Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq.....there was little to no rule of law being applied to Hussien, Qdaffi or Omar killing of thier civilians.
The UAE just pulled out of the Libyan coalition built by the UN and US. So the flipping has just begun.............

This time Obama waited till there was an international coalition and an approval of UN and the arab league and this war is not an americna leaded attack but a colaition attack and began because Quaddafi really kills human beings because he does not want to leave the power. This time we are all able to watch what is going on in Libya and how horrible this Quaddafi is behaving and no body claims he got WMD,s ready to launch in 45 minutes a gaisnt Europe and so on but a brutal dictator have st the military and mercenaries against own people and some body got to stop him!
Quaddafi have been suggested several peaceful ways to pull off and leaving the country together with his family but refused and kept warning a bout wiping of all people who are agianst him and calling them Alqueda!

CCindy....most all the States in the US have laws for 1st degree murder convictions that includes execution of the convicted. They were written and passed by your State legislators.
