I'm hoping the Union pays for the damage done to the State house. Appears to be a 1/3 of a million dollars. Incidently, the Wisconsin Tea party volunteered to clean up the mess from the evil left wing union democrats. Why are democrats always so nasty at public functions Dude?

What has the reaction been from Washington? Well, according to Michelle Malkin, the White House called the Florida ruling "odd" and "overreaching,". I suppose our own Constitution would seem a bit "odd" to those who view it as nothing more than an obstacle to establishing their dreams and schemes. A group called FamiliesUSA called Judge Vinson's decision, "radical judicial activism run amok." Judicial activism? That's what you call a federal court decision that you don't agree with. How is it judicial activism to rule that the government can't punish you for not buying a private consumer product you don't want to buy?

I particularly enjoyed that part of Judge Vinson's ruling where he quoted statements made by Barack Obama during a 2008 campaign speech. Obama was slamming Hillary Clinton for her plans for health care reform. Hillary wanted to require people to buy health insurance. Obama thought that was a bad idea. He was steadfastly opposed to it. Obama said that if you could solve the problem of medical care by requiring people to buy insurance, then you could solve the problem of homelessness by requiring people to buy a house. That statement was made February 28, 2008. Now here we are two years later and Barack Obama has completely changed his mind. Funny how that works, isn't it?

If you move to Wisconsin, I bet there's going to be some government jobs available. You could run for the state Senate. It seems 18 or so democrats quit their jobs.

Seeking to keep US gas prices high and to force Green energy on the country, the Obama administration is appealing a US Judge decision that forced the administration to approve 5 off shore
drilling permits in the Gulf.

Some 60 Gulf drilling permits have been placed into beuacratic limbo by the Obama administration, since the BP spill. The judge found the Obama administration had used the permit process to stall off shore drilling. So rendered a judgment to for only 5 of permits to be processed in the next 30 days.

Even this was to much for the Obama administration. That needs to have $5 per gallon gas prices by this summer time....to increase sales of Gov't owned GM Volts. That slow moving and slow driving and slow selling coming (commonly called the Obama Volt) from the Obama unioned factories in Detriot.

But it only gets better. With Union membership across the country in decline. Fewer dues are coming into Union headquarters that make large donations to the DEM party and
DEM Presidential canidates. So the pressure is on to keep ....er....make business for bailout companies that have large unions. It keeps them hiring and keeps those large donation coming into the DEM political races.

That manufacturing jobs this last month did not increase in number.....but it was a private sector job increase that brought the unemployment down....has the Obama administration
in a quandary. They have entertained the Union officials in the
White House, President Obama is clearly a union man.

But the economics of the situation.....have not struck home. As they whittle down the FED budget by a few billion here and there.
The White House with out a energy policy or plan stumbles ahead, hoping that $5 per gallon comes, that the Volt sells, union donations for the 2012 flow in, and inflation does not crunch them like a bug in a rug.

He's a representative of the "party of love"....the Democrats.
