Looks like President Obama has put on his 10 gallon hat, his sherrif's badge, his holstered peace maker, and his spurs.....

The US is requesting not only a non fly zone over Libya, but the freedom to bomb Libyan armor and artilletry from the UN. The UN security council vote is later tonight.

Hmmmmmmm.................

Qdaffi has retaken the western side of the country. Now presses to Benganhezi.....were he hopes to 'cleanse' the city of rebells. With France and the Arab League both positive to a no fly zone. Looks like the President wants to put us into the middle of a civil war.

A civil war that matters little to the US.....less than 1% of our oil comes from Libya. But it does matter to the large global economy, were Libya contribute large percentage of oil to EU countries and the far east.

With Russia and China both saying...."let the Libyans settle this themselves'...a positive security council vote seems unlikely. Meaning it will fall to the EU and NATO....to do with out a UN resolution. Ah yes the perverbal catch 22.

The EU and NATO.....seems luke warm to acting with out the UN resolution needs to be noted. So by going sherrif at this point,
President Obama can pick up 'nice tries' and 'ata boys' in trying
to save the faltering rebellion. Some political currency as the next sherrif in the world.

We wanted to do it.....we just just did not get a mandate from the world to do it. But we will be there next time. In the mean time.....Benganzi is cleansed.

Was that not a old ethic terms that President Clinton found so offensive? No wonder Hillary is opting out of another few years as Sec't of State.

Good news, Dude......President Obama got the 3 week funding bill to run gov't. As the REP in the House passed the 3 week supplement funding bill. Only 91 more weeks to go........

This last month saw the single biggest gain in inflation.....1/2 a percent.....since 2009. All in the necessities.....gas and food.
Look like the long predicted growth in inflation.....might be ready to grab the country.

I heard that wholesale food prices went up 3.9% last month. The highest since 1974.

NY Gov Coumo is going after school budgets. He wants to trim 1.5b
from NY Schools.

Please note the political correct wording here. Specially if you are in Wisconsin and Florida.

Coumo said "This is not about teachers in the classroom. This
is about less beaucracy, less administrative overhead, less surperindent salary. The days of when government can just throw money at a problem, raise taxes and throw money are over with."

Talk about asking for your cake and ice cream, But at least Gov. Coumo.....has heard the sounds of the Tea Party.

I think he's got it out of the ditch...now he needs to get the brakes fixed before he hits the damn telephone pole.
