Bring me to why Obama was going to sale those 50 M113 to Qdaffi.
Europe gets most of QDaffi oil. The 50 M113 would help QDaffi and his sons would be in power in the Libya for the next 40 years or so.

This sale was to help assure QDaffi has full control of Libya oil to sell to the Europeans. It was all about keeping oil flowing to Europe.

Maybe the deal was sent up when England was releasing the Lockerbie bomber....so BP could get Libyan oil field contracts.
Camrons England was use as a middle man on the M113 deal. Qgaffi tell the English you got to sweeten the deal some. One man for
oil fields contracts is not much of a trade. So add in some military hardware. Well the UK did not want sell Qdaffi there stuff....but it was OK to sell some used American stuff.

So again we have BP/Obama/Qdaffi/Lockerbie/Cameron playing tag team international politics. LOL Next it will be Obama/Ahmenerjada/Netanyhu/bin Laden doing a deal.

This is the kind of 'highly moral' foreign relationships

Bringing me to the burah that is going between Karsia Afghanistan gov't and Obama Administration. Karisa is saying that any civilian casualties with a Predator strike is one too many and the US is fully responsible. Obama saying that war time casualities of civilian cannot be helped.

So Karsia is trying to reduce the number of Predator strikes in his country. The Predator is a major offensive weapon there.
Meaning that Karsia is trying to slow down our withdraw in 2017.
He knows that if the conditions on the ground are still are bad, we don't leave.

Obama is turning to Joe Biden....the man with the Predator plan....saying what now Kemosabe (yes is spelled correctly)?
Joe is Maybe give them a week warning to get out of the house before you hit it with a Predator.
