African my friend, that is true, but silly me, I have to believe that here are more good people than bad here . . . and in everybody we meet, in any way, there is always something that comes through . . .which gives a clue about who they are and what their beliefs are on various issues

I am no fan of wars and the military, but mainly from the perspective of the financial resources which are spent by countries on establishing a defense force JUST IN CASE WE ARE ATTACKED while a large portion of the populace is unhoused, under-fed and starving, unemployed,police services and resources are maginalized, and people are dying due to lack of medical services and resources.

Further than that, I would hate to imagine that anybody would or could take joy in the killing of innocent lives (not that it doesn't happen). but I certainly hope and pray that this is the case for the minority rather than the norm.

Actually, i'm convinced the guys at the weather station messed up today . . . it is in fact really cold,(more like 5deg C) with an icy cold 40Knots wind blowing . . . so perfect hot chocolate a movie day

Shadow, maybe that is the problem, you're not meant to tie them up with that rope . . . just give them the other end of it . . . . that way nobody feels trapped, and you can lead eachother wherever you want to go . . .
