I would do this: Join a club for mothers and married women that do things together. Volunteer at a nursing home to read to the old people just sitting there. Listen to their stories about "olden" things. Get into a church and bible studies. There's lots of things to do.
Your mate is just that kind of guy. That's his personality. As long as he treats you well that may be the best thing of all.
But they are nice to watch. And I speak only of the female meteorologists. Every channel in Los Angeles has gorgeous women as meteorologists. Several years ago they had guys that were zany and joked alot. Needless to say I like the new corps better!

Do you remember the show, or if it was even available where your at, called "Kids Say the Funniest Things"? They would come up with stuff like that and it was so funny. Well, my point is! Adults do too and this is a perfect example!
What your saying is kinda confusing because knowing before seeing is "psychic" and I don't believe in that as a Christian. And God Doesn't always tell you things right away!

He's just hurting right now with the bad news. I have a special friend that I worked for in Colorado. She came down with Lupus and she thought her life had ended. It didn't. It made her stronger. Tell your friend to keep asking the doctor how to keep singing and I'll bet the doctor will tell him when he's better give it a try. And he will still be able to sing!
I don't have any gifts that I can thing of, I am short in temperance because I do not think it is evil to drink alcohol (except with excess), and I have a tendency to be arrogant at times. In my old age I am catching myself and practicing humility more often!
And He will make those that don't see blind and those that don't listen deaf! I was one but now I can see, hear and I am rich because I have my treasures in heaven!
I'm not excluded even though I'm an old geezer! It was my choice when I was 55 to accept the Lord so i had to be celibate. I met a couple of nice women and it almost worked twice but nothing materialized.
I think it finally has. We are both really anticipating our meeting (an LDR) and it will be soon!
