Hi Daniel. It all depends what kind of secret it is and whether it is likely to affect the other person or not?
If it is something important about your past and they are likely to find out from some other source eventually, then it´s better to tell them the truth yourself or they may never be able to trust you.
It could also be one of the partners cannot have any children and it would be wrong not to tell them right up in front. Or, they could also have had an illness which might be affecting them still...
Anyway, during the course of a relationship we are bound to tell each other some "little" secrets as it is part of life and growing together and sharing things with each other.
Zmount. my friend. The best way to deal with such "gossips" it to ignore it! By "re-acting" in such a way and writing a blog about it, all it does is attract attention to yourself. Why should you have to justify yourself about anything that you do and to whomever? It is just adding fuel to a fire. Just let it go... We all love you here, independently whether you have one or five wives - it´s your "affair"
In fact, I connect with the cetaceans on a regular basis as they come near the shore where I live. They are some "higher power" as they reside in the 6th dimension with the Sirians.
Of course I believe in higher powers... We are not alone! I have connected with some of them and they are real... Many people have also been doing some channelling for years and have written books about it.
Sharnah. No death, no disasters on the earth, nomatter how bad they are, can be an act of any god. Things just happen because they are meant to. This is no "devil"s work, nor a god taking his revenge on us because of "sin", or whatever. As for the dead not being able to hear us, you would be surpised! Maybe you have never listened? And how do you know that what you read in the bible is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth? Do you have any proof? It is open to everyone´s interpretation...
Hi Daniel. I agree with Elkself here: ..."if I have to choose between an old man who needs a nurse and a young man who needs a teacher without the option of staying single I think I'll take the young one." As long as he is over 18! I´d rather be his teacher than a mother image.
Hi Dan. I agree too, why should there be a time frame? Only when both partners feel happy with it. Every language has its own terminology to describe the person you are going out with. In French, as you know, "Mon amie" or "Ma petite amie" (my friend, or my "little" friend) Personally, I have never really liked the word boyfriend/girlfriend... Anyway, if you introduce your girlfriend to someone, people can see that she is a girl, so I don´t see any logic in it! Also, by putting the word "my" in front of anything (my girlfriend/boyfriend, my partner, my lover etc...) implies that that person is your possession like your house and your car... I would much prefer to say: "this is the man I am in love with", or "this is the love of my life"... But, that´s the language for you!

L O V E is only a four-letter word meaning great things... It has driven some people crazy, made some others do very unusual things.., has inspired some great artists, while others have taken their own life because of it...some have even committed murder for an impossible love but, in some countries, you can even get away with it as it would be classed as a "crime of passion".
Many great plays, movies and songs are based on Love... But, does anyone really have a clue of what Love is?
Is it about physical attraction and passion, possession, ownership, obsession etc.? Would you actually recognize it if it hit you in the face? Would it scare you and make you run away..? Can anyone really say that they love themselves? Probably not!
Then, this is the answer to my first question... If you cannot love yourself first, how can you expect to love anyone, or anyone else to love you????
In order to change the world and humanity, we must first love ourselves and others u n c o n d i t i o n a l l y, then change our vibrations, get rid of those low frequency emotions of Anger, Fear, Blame, Guilt etc., learn to forgive, and raise them to the Love Vibrations...
"OUR TASK IS NOT TO SEEK FOR LOVE, BUT MERELY TO SEEK AND FIND ALL THE BARRIERS WIITHIN OURSELVES THAT WE HAVE BUILT AGAINST IT" Rumi.
Yes, I have had at writing blogs and commenting on others. Have met some interesting people, as well as some weirdos. But have also made quite a few friends...
I did not know that there was a special day in the year to celebrate women´s beauty? I think that it should be celebrated every day of the year by all the men who appreciate us and value us.
I did not know there was a special day for women? My "woman´s day" is every day as I feel I am special every minute of the day and every day of the year...
Well, please correct me if I am wrong, but I thought this blog was about "near death experiences", whether we believe in it or not, and not about a God/god that nobody has any proof of its existence? I have myself been to the "other side" and back, but what I saw was far beyond any description... What people see will be depending upon their own perception and their own beliefs... Same as some people will see angels with wings, while I, myself, see luminous beings without any physical shape...
NDE has nothing to do with religions or "God/god". I am not religious and have had a couple of NDE and I know what I saw. Anyway, who is here to say whether these are lies or not?
Thanks Welela for enlightening us. Geoabcd. Nice to see that you appreciate such poetry but..., passing it as your own, it´s another thing? Had you put some "quotation marks" and the name of the author, it would have been more honest. Sorry!
Yes, I have: horse-riding, amongst other things. Unfortunately, I won´t be doing it for a while as I have just had my first fall after 6 hours riding lessons! It has left me in tremendous pain with bruises all over and I can hardly walk. Maybe I shall have to go back to my quieter hobbies such as reading, knitting...and also blogging?
Hi. Both sara and fleur have a good point here. It all depends on the circumstances. I have myself shared a room with a man friend at times (in my youth and later on in life) and nothing happened - not that we didn´t want to! - but it was just not "appropriate" at the time and our friendship was more important.
I know the feeling Cailin. I have always wanted to fly with the eagles and condors. So far, I have only achieved it in my dreams or on my journeys.
Regarding wanting to go on some exciting adventures after a "near death experience", and realising that this maybe the last chance we´ll ever get, well... why not? When we have tasted death, what is there to be scared about?
I myself have done many exciting things since my little "NDE" last year. I have taken up horse riding again after 45 years, I have had a sea adventure to see the dolphins and pilot whales which I have always wanted to do, and I have also been on some kind of safari tour in Andalucia, which also kept the adrenaline going.
So, my advice to you girl, go for it! Life is too short! When we are given a second chance in life, we must take it and embrace it... Same when a relationship is not working, we realize that something, or someone greater is out there for us... That´s the Divine Plan.
Yes I believe in it because I have experienced it. I fell in love with this cute little baby the first time I set my eyes on him. I fell in love with the area I live in and I still love it now. I fell in love with my first little pup. I fell in love with this sweet little kitten who looked at me with his big blue eyes asking me to pick him up.
...And I, of course, fell in love with a few men in my life, but it was more of a spiritual connection, kind of "recognition".
