As for the concept of time, yes, I can understand as much as I understand the difference between linear time and circular time.
There is no past, present and future as everything really happens simultaneously.

I know that the full moon has been worshiped by many natives in many cultures throughout the world and millenia...
We look at it as a source of "empowerement", but really it is not the moon that gives us the power, but the SUN. The moon is negative - think of the word "lunatic"´-it is the sun which makes it positive.
Anyway, I´ll certainly do some kind of meditation next thursday or whatever I feel I need to do on that day.

Socrates. Just a quick answer here. In "astral" travel, your spirit doesn´t leave your body, we are talking here of the "etheric body", if you know what I mean?


And where is Gabriel? As you say, it´s about time we heard from him? Is he meditating?

Flyjames. A short answer to your question. Yes, we are "conscious" when we meditate, but we go in what is called "altered states of consciousness"... Some people need substances for that, while others can achieve this without. Just practising meditation or yoga for example, or listening to some special sounds can induce this state of consciousness.


But, where is Gabriel? Maybe he is meditating and hasn´t come out of it yet

Flyjames. What you describe here is an "out of body" experience, or "astral journey". It also happens to many of us, in our dreamstate normally, but we can also do it consciously.

Socrates. What you experienced was a journey... I do this quite often - without any substances! - but I do this in a conscious state. Others happen in our dreamstate.
I have often been to places like you describe, out this world, other dimensions, other solar systems...

There are all kinds of meditation...
The Zen one is to empty the mind and yes, it is really worth practising.
As for the other kinds, not so deep, are equally enjoyable and help to relax the body and the mind.
Special music is very good for that. Special sounds like water falls, ocean waves, dolphins & whales are brilliant!
Also guided meditation is a very nice way to go to lovely places...
Meditation should be part of our daily routine... It is certainly part of mine.

From my own experiences, when a guy has ever said that to me it was mainly because he felt "rejected", or "abandonned" - and his Ego was hurt!
It´s true, they have really learned their lesson, nor come to their senses, and certainly do not intend to change. It´s all a question of pride.
