1to1 - - Thanks! Yes, Gastown has definitely changed and while there's a lot more homeless, there's also just a lot more people in general. An interesting place for sure!
Fay - glad you can see them better - I know I can!
Hopefully, your hen party was a blast and you don't have too horrible a hangover (if any). Regardless, whether you do or don't, I'm sure the enjoyment of your fellow 'hens' was worth it.
Fay - thanks! I have a hard time seeing the detail in those pics as well, as they're so small. But now that TR's helped me out, you can actually see the photos clearly.
Molly - thanks! I thought the same thing about the kid, but I guess if he gets tired, at least he has somewhere to sit so 'Mom' doesn't have to go home before she's ready.
TR - thanks! I'm trying to figure out how to make my photos bigger on here. I've uploaded them to Imgur and trying to figure out how to get them on here (these are directly from my computer)?
It was such a blast taking street photography and the highlight of my day was the guy in the red stockings.
bluewind - love moose tracks ice cream! Unfortunately, it's one of those ice creams that make me sneeze a lot - so although I like it, it doesn't like me much.
Fay - it is only cantaloupe - I enjoy honeydew and watermelon. I won't eat a fruit salad with cantaloupe in it, even though one could pick out the cantaloupe - the problem is, the flavour of it transfers to everything else. yuck!
bloody awful - good plan! I'd have certain treats hidden when my daughter was home and bring them out to eat after she'd gone to bed. Or when she was out of the house.
kp - I'm with your son on that, except there's something in ice cream (from the store) that makes me sneeze and sneeze and sneeze and why I have to be careful of how much I consume.
Molly - as the store bought ice creams are mostly ice milk and sugar now, it's probably healthier to make your own anyway. Besides, they're loaded with chemicals, no matter how 'good' the ice cream.
Conrad - thanks!! Wow, it sure goes back a long way, doesn't it? 93 years old and we're still quoting it. Shows you how effective their advertising was.
