I wont go to a club gym concert or casino alone.i have befefore and i certainly is a dull time.i like to eat out alone and greocery shop .but couple time is good to share feelings and emotiionst since alone time is cherished i wont forget my grandma time. .
Good for you.although pot can be helpful for pain or sleeplessness it does cause a certain amount of stupidity.i am sure your health will benefit immediatly and your lungs will start to clear .
My doctor just told me to walk 20 min.a day.today i started .i walked around my complex.made new friends with a neighbor.i enjoyed my outting.i would love a group walk.i think in the winter it would be benificial as there are some weather conditions as long as doldrums.enjoyed your blog...
