Go to your doctor and ask for Lyrica. I've had sciatica from falling for years and Lyrica is what helped then when I got the vaccine last year it fired my sciatic nerve up again and I asked the doctor for something else..a muscle relaxant or something like that and he refused and he just kept raising the dosage of Lyrica over period of 3 weeks and it just went away so then he lowered my Lyrica back down and it never came back. One other thing that might help is stand straight and bend your knees just a little then look up at the ceiling bending your back and hold it for a count of 10 and keep increasing it each day. Hold onto something for balance.
It may have just been his meds. At 82 everything knocks you on your butt. Plus they don't realize it until a cop pulls them over or they fall down and break a hip. Body tolerance is very low at that age.

I haven't watched CNN in about 10 yrs...f. news But my daughter n law refused to get the vaccine. She's now got covid for the 2nd time. The 2nd time was easier than the first, this time she was sick for 2 days and then started feeling better. She eats healthy and takes all kinds of natural healthy supplements. I would think her immune system would be a little bit better.
Crown ... I would like to be a lady again, I don't want to have to keep adjusting the package like the guys have to do. I would like to have a loving husband that was monogamous. That would be a nice change.

I didn't quit having relationships because of superstition. I don't believe in any of that stuff but, like I said the thought crossed my mind. I decided to quit dating because after 2 marriages and a long relationship I'm really just not interested in trying again. I'm completely happy with me, myself and I. As a side note, the one who walked away from me got married and then his wife died and he ask if I still had feelings for him. I told him I have a process, I get sad, then I get mad then I get over you...period.
I have chronic anxiety, it comes from my childhood. I wasn't diagnosed until about 10 years ago. I've always had to force an outer peace while inside shaking. I've always had trouble letting God handle the situation. It's becoming easier, but I'm not completely there. Probably won't be until I leave this earth.

It is all true, pray without ceasing. sometimes it's hard, we have so many things going on in our lives, but it helps us if we can ask for guidance and be thankful at all times.
The pain that people feel when they die especially children, God eases the pain quickly. Pain has a purpose, it's telling us something is going on in our bodies. If you ever get the chance to talk to Hospice workers, they will tell you of the peace that comes over the dying person. The families cry because they will miss the person being here. But here is only temporary, it's like a journey, there's a beginning and an end. It's different for every person.
Nothing that you make reference to frightens me, I just feel it's very near. who was and is and is to come.....AMEN!!! I feel it's like someone is clanging the bell and everyone is deaf. I just say Lord open the eyes and ears and let your will be done.
I think during the obama yrs he wore a hair piece. I think he gave that up and he got dentures and a face lift. That's why he now has extra skin by his ear lobes and his smile looks different.
