RE: My unwelcome guest

You just need to hone those conjuring skills a bit, and soon you'll be getting more desirable results!

thumbs up

I too...have been a victim

You're a good sport, Red.

Thanks for the encoiraging words, Jig. But I'm afraid that I've been scarred for life. I'm gonna shave my head, buy a wig, and change my name to Ethel.

Xi See The Future

I don't read either of you. No confusion here.

Xi See The Future

Don't you have a cut&paste political "blog" to flood, Mic?

Or maybe a blog about how blogs that pick on old geezers who blather on about politics and flood blogs aren't blogs...or something

Whatever you do, don't make it original 'cuz CS Mods would think someone hacked your profile.

Xi See The Future

Mic, you're living up to my expectations!
Congrats!
handshake

Lou, I almost spit my coffee!
laugh

Xi See The Future

Ahhh, now we're getting somewhere!

What is a "blog"?

Say it loud and proud so all can hear!

In fact, why don't you write an original piece!

That would be wonderful!
applause

Xi See The Future

No, your "originality" is limited to posting youtube videos and flooding blogs with flippant comments.

Xi See The Future

Feed your delusions any way you like. Politics seems to work for the over 60, undateable American male free-loaders on CS.
grin

Xi See The Future

I'm not sure what Xi asks for since I don't personally know the man or buy into propaganda.

I just liked this idea....and that it might feed some paranoid delusions.

RE: Did we lose our Greatness?

So, cutting through the BS.

It costs 2Gs to be "great"!

Wealthy and mediocre is probably better, but what do I know. I'm not a thief.

The Great Gatsby

Order me a Black and Tan w/Bass ale. I'll be right there!

RE: Mad Mike Hughes is gone...

The video is kinda sad. According to what I read, this was an attempt @ 5,000' and working toward the goal of 62 miles.

I don't believe he was really a flat-earther.

The Great Gatsby

That's a one-timer, Molly. I reslize that there might be a language barrier and that most of what I say here is either misunderstood or not understood.
dunno

But to write in such a way that everyone will get it isn't my style either.
grin

Good morning, btw! Lovely to see you!

The Great Gatsby

I'm sure you look just fine Consulo.
cheers

Merc, I think I just saw a pic of your "Gatsby".

The Great Gatsby

Ok, fair enough! I'm 6' and presently about 152 lbs. I lost about 45 lbs. over the last 3 years or so and can't seem to get it back.

The good news is that I probably don't have to worry much about diabetes.
dunno

The Great Gatsby

I'm glad you got a chuckle out of it, Consulo!
teddybear

How tall are you, btw?
blushing

j/k!
grin

The Great Gatsby

Hey Merc!

Yes it does. Around here though, it's a flowing river.
laugh

The Great Gatsby

Hi Consulo! bouquet

I should have known that would catch up with me.

rolling on the floor laughing

Do I need to explain why I used the name Consuelo? The E makes all the difference, phonetically.

RE: Churches

Hey Harb! cheers

I like churches, inside and out. It's the brainwashing that I detest.
grin

I worked at a church/grave yard when I was 13 or 14...cutting the grass and burying bodies.

The Great Gatsby

No worries Oldeguy. Watch where you step. There may be a bouncing Betty buried under the threshold.

laugh

Hey Red!

The Great Gatsby

Btw, Oldeguy....pretty sure it's Tale of two cities.
laugh

The Great Gatsby

Olde guy...stop spoiling my joke, goddamit!

Cut and Paste like a Pro!

Hey Lou!
Cute dogs, right?
Next, Ima cut-and-paste The Great Gatsby. One paragraph at a time.

Cut and Paste like a Pro!

I may have to change that, Molly. I wanted a close-up of my bulbous proboscis.

RE: Seafood...

The thing I miss most about the east coast is fresh New England seafood. Clams in particular!

RE: My Ideal Valentine's Day

I was visited by three ghosts during the night; V.D. past, present, and future. They instructed me to buy the biggest box of chocolates that Amazon had to offer (or maybe that was Jeff Bezos) and to log in to CS to wish you a

Happy Valentine's Day!

RE: When the Internet Goes Down

Well, I was more off the grid than in the woods...but did spend a fair amount of time in the forest. I think I'm getting too old for it now.

RE: When the Internet Goes Down

I've been texting with my "shopper" because the supermarket is out of Ben&Jerry's peanut-butter cup ice cream.

A few years ago I was living in the woods.

How did it come to this?
