This is true. Sometimes they get upset by what you write, even though they read it wrong. If talking, the tone, the expression, non-response, not agreeing, etc. can trigger a person to react with negative emotion.
I'm not their psychiatrist and i'm not aware of their emotional state.
Many years ago i wanted to learn to play the guitar.
I bought one and enrolled in a class. I even bought a pick (hope that is what it is call).
The teacher said that using the pick is for professionals. He said that i have to play by using my fingers. He told me that i must hold the strings tight until my fingers bleed.
He said after several bleeding, my fingers will develop callus and i will be ok to play.
I never returned to the class and gave away my guitar.

The people are happy he got caught and has been taken off the street.
Not wearing a mask has cause the spread of the virus. Some people who choose NOT to wear a mask have contracted Covid. Some learn from their mistakes and some still denied that wearing a mask is just a way for government to control its citizens.
HELP STOP THE SPREAD OF COVID-19. Wear a bloody mask.
