I met 4 girls from cs myself, on came all the way from Tokyo up here. Poor thing.. went home empty handed despite a nice time. The nordic variant we have here works pretty well. Think we call it sosial-demokrati. It involves a strong gov and high taxes (over 20% of your income). And a strong private sector as well, normal capitalistic demand + supply. Communism I've heard very little good about and that is further east of here..
Experience show that it's difficult to discuss these labels with Americans as they tend to see either freedom loving capitalism: their own flawless system of today vs communism that they just as well call socialism.

I find Norway to be one of the worst in the class. I think the females here still mainly want one but, what is new is that he should "ideally" be well made for showing off to friends, family and all your fb followers.
Basically he has to reflect good back on you and your own image as a "successful modern woman". That could mean proper love would easily be exchanged for a 'trophy husband'. If he is warm hearted or not is of less importance. And if that is then case, than modern feminism has made it: woman finally became just as bad as the men; looks first and foremost. What that will lead to idk, and I don't plan to stick around to find out. I'll get out of this small corner of the world, in time.
Finally a shout out to the lovey Melody from Venezuela here who is a living example of the opposite of what this blog brings up as a scare. What an amazing fantastic catch for the right person she is. She is the embodyment of hope for us old-schoolers. And there are others than just her but she came first to mind.

O.p, say what you want about cs but the ones who are real (the majority) are for the most part honest hopefuls separated by distance. I see plenty hope here as well, but one of the two must be a hero ready to drop all and move to another country, in most cases. That makes it kinda crazy, but never the less real!
Horrible story u got there. Wowsers! Me is at a norw pay site and it's pretty regular. Still I like the people here more, only... they are far away. Now I have the means- so for me it's about match and timing.
