The system is corrupt, proven in the spring of 17 when they all (with the exception of g.o.p) went after him. But I suppose you can not phantom there to have been any pressure in the air around that election right... it was all fair and square. I see people use those 8.8 (low) quality bolts on cars as replcement of the originale ones. I would not like to see that done in aviaton, luckily it doesn't happen.
