RE: Wearing my heart outside my chest

When his soul was laid to rest, part of me went too, never to return. That's how he'll know me, by my soul

I'm touched. May God give you strength to bear such an irreparable loss and give him back to you in the form of your next one. comfort

RE: New found strength.

Quite a practical insight. When the going gets tough, indeed the tough get going only. handshake

RE: boring

the ones who don't respond are not the type for you as they lack basic manners. So don't feel bad about it. Just hang in there. You will find likeminded people here at the blogs for sure.

RE: Original and intelligent

My tombstone would have nothing. I'd rather be remembered in hearts.

RE: life music

Dear Shellone

Congrats! when is the big day? handshake

RE: Marriage in Thailand

Very interesting. Thanks for sharing this piece of knowledge. However, In Indian Subcontinent, the girl's parents are required to offer dowry to the groom's family. Quite ironic. NO?

RE: Scents and the Memory

I don't think Al Pacino said that in the movie "Scent of a Woman" confused

RE: Heyy im new here =]

welcome to the party! cheers

RE: What did you have dream last night?

Such an interesting topic. It is so vast that perhaps can not be encompassed in one blog. One needs to differentiate between the real dreams and the real life obsessions/influences that our mind shows us back while sleeping. Like a mouse's dream of cheese.

Yes, dreams do tell something about life. And different dreams have different meanings. I have had a chance to meet quite a few people who actuall translate a dream. But it is said that one should share the dream only with the real trusted one, or not at all. Also, dreams that are seen usually just before dawn, are more or less predicting something of future. That's the time when one is in the deepest level of sleep.

I always found dreams intrepretation real facsinating and interesting.

RE: Men: vasectomy vs contraceptives

Also, DREA and Venus

Give it a thought! Didn't it stimuate your mojo too?

RE: Men: vasectomy vs contraceptives

Listen Hellen!

You post what you like to post. I'll comment what I like to comment. This is not your home. This is a public place for everyone. I don't hate you. In fact, you helped me find my mojo back by stimulating my brain cells to respond to the inherent absurdities here. So I think NOW you should be around posting your signature blogs to help people differentiate between quality and mediocrity.

I mean what's the point of beauty when there is no ugliness in the world? comfort

RE: Men: vasectomy vs contraceptives

hope Intellow takes it all postively

RE: introduction

welcome to the party mate! handshake

RE: Men: vasectomy vs contraceptives

Intellow,

I must intervene being here longer than you. Jacques has also been around longer than you and we have never seen him being uncouth with anyone yet. He is also from South Africa actually.

I think you should take the bull by the horns when it comes to understanding different views and tackle your way out of it gracefully. All without blocking/deleting comments and other members. To put it more simply, please have the courage to face it owing to the fact that the choice of your topics is out of the mainstream normality.

Despite the sub-varieties of your monotonous broad subject, one thing remains constant. That is, your consistent harsh arguement exchanges with many other memebers where we see you warning them often. I fail to understand why so many people could have problems communicating with you without ending up being warned. Specially, when they know you only through your blogs. So there is nothing personal I am sure.

Perhaps a bit of introspection could enable you find some solution to this problem where people from diverse cultures and regions from all over the world tend to end up facing your wrath.

Everyone here has freedom of commenting just like you have freedom of blooging about whatever you fancy the most.

RE: Men: vasectomy vs contraceptives

Unbelievable Alf. Is it true?

RE: Men: vasectomy vs contraceptives

Yes mate! Now someone needs to translate that. Anyone? Jaques will you?

RE: Men: vasectomy vs contraceptives

WOW! Jacques,

Even though I don't know the language. I can gather you scolded her a bit. No?

RE: Unfairly fired at work

I referred to wisdom and not merely smartness or intelligence. I wouldn't blame you for that. You did what you had to do. right?

RE: Unfairly fired at work

Interesting. But what you got is temporary and material. Anything that would last?confused

RE: Unfairly fired at work

Dear Intellow!

No. There is injustice I agree. But mostly people are stupid themselves and give others a chance to take a ride on them. Survial is like a war. Only the fittest last. Endurance is the game. I learnt this lesson as I got fired too, ten years ago. But only to have that idiot ex-boss reporting back to me with in 3 years. Yes, I became his boss in 3 years time. It's a long story how and when. Most important thing is that I didn't give up, didn't waste time suing him, and instead of waiting, I was guided well to choose to do otherwise and become better than him.

It's a small world. What goes around comes around. And people pay for their doings eventually.

Nevertheless, the best revenge is to let an idiot be an idiot. Cos he'd be beaten by a bigger idiot some of his kind some day.

What you did was to teach him a lesson. And now he's smarter and would survive longer, and would now find a legally safer way to fire people.

RE: Unfairly fired at work

Indispensable people don't get fired. You should have crippled your boss by being the best of all of his options, rather than being fired. That's how I operated.

RE: Me confess? Never!!!

You just sent me down memmory lane. (Although you're further downunder laugh )

I admit I got caught most of the time. Mostly because other kids would tell laugh And somehow everytime something went wrong, I was the first one to be pointed out rolling on the floor laughing

What a time we had!dancing

RE: Something Strange Is Happening in the Skies

It might be the ongiong tests for H.A.A.R.P. Weather warfare is the cheapest and most effective strategy, some believe.

RE: Enemy Y?

Yes Jamil,

Also some human beings are enemies of Apes too. They immitate an Ape and mock them. Very soon Apes will go for a large scale protest unless you put your shirt (wife) back on. barf

What Animal would you be??

But that is once a year. No? Can you wait that long? laugh

RE: Houston, we have a problem

Hi Drea

Good topic.

Enough said and commented about the miscommunication. I have a different view however. I think whether verbal or nonverbal, a miscommunication is often clarified at some stage. Before any bigger damage is done. This kind of miscommunication is not consistent. It is often inadvertent.

Now the other and most widely used is the intended miscommunication, aimed at deceit and intentional misleading, to obtain some objectives. All wars and conflicts are the outcome of this kind of miscommunication. The the person doing it has a very clear mindset. This one is an art actually. I think somebody should write a book on this one "The art of miscommunication"

cheers

RE: seeking my shirt

She's sensitive, kind, possesive, extremely strong and beautiful. But she can not cook at all. Above all she is peaceloving.

RE: The Mars/Venus theory

So it means you are a martian and not from Venus since you speak like a man now?

So it means only men from mars call a snake a snake?

So it means women from venus don't call a snake a snake?
dunno

RE: My Shirt

I suspect he's not even readin his blog anymore. Or does not have a face left to do so. Perhaps that was a slip when he was too high! Or perhaps someone pulled a prank on him. Who knows?

confused

Seriously, I don't think anyone can be that stupid. But then, it's a strange world laugh

RE: I have a question

And what if she proves you wrong? Do you have a fall-back plan? Or would you like to enjoy the blind plunge into the dejection hole?

Having said that I must appreciate your positive enery and the will to do something good. Perhaps you may think about re-directing the flow of your positive energy towards other good things for the needy?
