They riot because thier government is so corrupt, I hate to be so sinical that I wouldn't give to them with the thought its not going to help. Hopefully through this tragedy the spot light will dwell on Haiti and people will do more to invest in that country and maybe create jobs. One can only pray and hope for Haiti's future.

Now that the games have ended and the dust settled, what was that about the cowboys taking it to the Vikings , just goes to prove on any given day any team can win. I think Brett and company can take it to the Saints but they are gonna have to play like they did sunday on both sides of the ball. Its gonna be a tough game I think a low score with the vikings winning by a small margine.

You have to give to a reliable source like the American Red Cross, my belief is if you give and its misused that eventually those who have misused will have to answer to thier maker. If you fear to give because it might be misused it helps no one, take the chance and have some faith in human kind.

I used to work for an american Legion and trust me, it peaked my curiosity how some of these 50 plus could make it that long, I watched and learned from them. What did they have in common? They respected each other , did for each other without question , in short they were truely devoted to each other, not just one but both, Respect and Devotion. At a 50th wedding anniversary being held at the legion I asked the groom a simple question, what is the secret to your longevity....he told me ..Yes Maam. makes sence to me mutual respect and love plus Devotion, now you know why the divorce rate is so high, no mutual respect and devotion.....I have learned just add woman .

Once I read some advice , the first six months of a relationship is all happy carefree. everything is good with the world type infatuation. I have found if you give you and your love a chance to really get to know one another in terms of time and truely paying attention to the traits they bring to the relationship, it will either save you time and a divorce or make that person that much more attractive to you. Paying attention and listening is the key, I used to supervise people where I worked, temporary people and I found this to be true, if you listen over a period of time they will tell all about themselves and how they are regaurdless if they are good people or bad, I learned so much by listening and all you have to do is apply this to your relationship. So listen, pay atention to your possible future mates traits and do this over a good stretch of time , I favor two years, also don't ignore any red flags that you may see, investagate them and decide.

The man has not even been in office a year and your spatting out this garbage, comeon lady if there ever was a failed presidency it was George W. Bush, the problems we are having now are a direct result of the trashing of this country, greed run wild as well as ego's. My 401k lost more then 5,000 dollars about a 1/4 of what I had saved under george bush, in the little time Obama has been IN I gained my money back plus some, let the man have his fair chance at running the country, after all they gave george bush 8 years to destroy things, if you had a complaint it should have ben with him ole george was the worst president I had ever seen, seems funny how the Republicans forget where things went wrong and are so eager to cast thier problems on a new administration not even a year old. This shouldn't be we should be rallying around our president to insure our countries strength no matter what party your from, party should never come before country.

I would say you are doing the right thing, I don't believe a mother should be without some sort of visitation of her children however with her violent past you should have the visitation supervised to protect your children. I would also suggest she seek some sort of phsycological testing because a mother wouldn't normally attack you when her child is in your arms. Having her tested is not an act of degradation but one of love to help her, doing this could help her and possibly change her life, the best to you I hope things work out.

I'm not afraid to contact a woman if I find we might have things in common, I find that people these days are reluctant for what ever reason to invest the time to get to know the person and find out what they are really all about. I think many people are stuck on the physical attraction alone, however they bypass many wonderful potential partners in the process. I think its great you took the chance sassysenior, to reach out to someone even if you had no success for you can't have success without some failure along the way, keep trying, you are a true romance warrior sassysenior and you should be proud of the steps you have taken to find love, keep up the search.

Don't think a prenup would work, when it comes to a break up there are alot of raw emotions from both sides, if you do a prenup your doing this and promising you won't go nuts when the relationship is going good, its when it goes bad people lose thier minds. As for me if a gal breaks up with me then it was never meant to be, I have the normal sadness of losing someone and in time I move on. A prenup is trying to force someone to be sane, it just won't work with the insane. the lesson here is be careful who you get involved with and take your time to get to know them.
