So Iran presses ahead with its nuclear weapons and materials programs....placing the middle east into a pressure chamber of political intrigue, weapons sales, and military options. Destablizing the region....and the Netayahu/Abbas talks if possible.
Isreal has continued to show restraint to Iran's hostile rhetoric...offered continuous talks with Abbas to make the peace treaty....and a 90% relocation from the East Bank settlements..
One thing Americans don't understand is how these two issues are interlinked. It is just Iran that supplies Hamas and Hezbolloh with the 1000s of weapons. As long at there is a conflict, both turn to Iran for large purchases of the weapons. It is money to Iran....a Iran that needs money from the sanctions.
The Isreali have taken several Iranian freighters loaded with weapons. Bound for Lebanon and Gaza. So when a aid ship wants to make the trip to Gaza....Isreal wants a inspection.
The day will soon come....when instead of convention weapons....tha Iranian freighter will carry a nuclear device or HEU materials for dirty nucs. The most recent expert date for a Iranian test of a nuclear device....'is several months'.

I am fustrated over price of gas.....something that OPEC has control of. I am fustrated that certain radical Muslims terrorist have not been brought to Sharia Law or western justice. I am fustrated that the UN that sits in my country is used by Muslim leaders to degrade my country. I am fustrated that the US gives billions to corrupt Islamic countries that refuse to allow US troops into them. I am fustrated by the growing threat of a nuclear Iran that someday had off a device to a terrorist group.
But Israel? Sure Pollard was a embarrassment for both. But the idea that Isreal and the US don't have strong international ties....is one of the biggest fabrications of SB threads.

The French FM....Michelle Aliot-Maire...was confronted by protesting Palestines in Gaza....eggs and a shoe were thrown at her. This because the crowd thought the days prior she had called the detaining of Gilad Schliat....a "war crime". She did not say this.
But Schliat's father did, after speaking to her the day prior.
This is what I mean by getting things "all mucked up".
Here the French FM was on a mission to resolve a serious issue between the Isreal and Hamas....then someone mis quotes a party.....the rumor of the mis quote spreads.....and she is now threatened in Gaza. A pure misrepresentation of the French FM.
SB...in representing the Palestine's case here.....has literally avoided the quotes and positions of Netanayhu. But you cannot make peace when the one side is being mis represented. No understanding of the issues occurs and no common ground can be found.
And you just get a prolonged conflict....usually very good for weapon sellers.
