It was easier in earlier days. Perhaps because we valued relationships more. Today there are so many options available, it doesn't take much for people to become distracted.
Yep...I don't do the fwb thingee either.....or anything abbreviated as in fb or nsa.....he is either a male platonic friend or it's an exclusive dating that may/may not lead on to something else.
I have to call it a night KB....it's after midnight here and I have to be up early this morning.
I actually value male platonic friendships. I enjoy their perspective of the world....but, yes...it's challenging sometimes keeping it at arm's length, especially if they're wanting more.
They either want to jump ya bones and run or they want to put a ring on ya finger.
I enjoy male friends(non fwb)...if you find a good one, don't let him go...
True that Zah....though sure hope this storm passes soon. I think too many of us, myself included, assume things....rather than just come out with it. Better to clear the air surely. If someone has an issue, why not just email to clear it up?
