I'd forget about finding love as the primary focus.
Try being friends with someone first....warm feelings may develop as a result. but if you tend to seek out love, it has a habit of eluding you. Just go with the flow and enjoy each other's company first and foremost.
...and love may just sneak up on you both, before you realise it.
....but do feel beauty pageants place too much importance on the "outer"
True beauty radiates from within. I've known women and men who would not be considered outwardly conventionally attractive, to shine.....it may be a twinkle in their eye, their smile, sense of humour, personality. True beauty lies within and they don't need to don a swimsuit or slinky costume for it to be seen.
So, no, don't actually have any interest in following beauty pageants/Top Model and suchlike.
RE: Men VS Women, Who Do You Think Complains More?
We have a few poms over here. The men are notorious for complaining about....... anything really.
